Kevin mouth is bleeding, has been bleeding since that meeting with that odd double. The roof of His mouth has been clawed up, and some of His tongue too. Kevin doesn't mind the pain, although the blood and wounds make it hard to talk, and He has to tip His head forward so He doesn't choke. The supervisor who oversees Him doesn't seem to notice if His words are a little more blood-logged today, so Kevin thinks it's okay.

a lot of these will be posted unfinished :,3 i'll try to revisit some of them after october, though:D
if you couldn't tell by the title of the series, ALL of the fics this month are going to be wtnv. it is like my very big special interest.
i also give them (mostly cecil and kevin) weird pronouns, although it's not consistent throughout. if you'd like to see my master list it can be found either here on google docs or here on elipsus! in the notes of each individual fic i do say what pronouns i used for each character so no one gets confused.
all the titles of the works are lyrics from this playlist! (it's in order as well!)

Martin couldn’t remember exactly when or why he’d joined the Knights of the Lonely. He supposed that was by design.
Knights of the Lonely weren’t meant to last long. They were built to take blows, and, if necessary, they were built to die. He supposed that suited him fine.
But upon an assignment to escort the Watcher’s betrothed to the Kingdom of Beholding, Martin began to realize that, perhaps, there was something he was missing. Perhaps it was in the shape of a person with bright, intelligent eyes and acerbic wit, with prickly edges and a gentle smile when he thought no one was looking.
There was only one problem. He wasn’t meant to let the Watcher’s betrothed reach the kingdom alive.
