Oww, Peter thought blandly as he shifted- no, scratch that, tried to shift- onto his back but quickly decided that wasn’t in his best interest. Voices, both his own and not, swam in his head like a wave beating against his forehead.
“They’re coming here because of me, right? Because I’m Peter Parker? So cast a new spell, make everyone forget who Peter Parker is. Make everyone forget me.”
“It wouldn’t be enough. Your very presence would destabilize this universe.”
Peter finally managed to roll himself over onto his back, ignoring the sharp pain that shot through his spine at the movement enough to sit up and look around. He was in an alley which thankfully held no occupants save himself and the trash littering the ground.
“But I can… I can send you away. To a place where there is no Peter Parker. No Spiderman.”

Tim knew what he was signing up for when he decided to (kind of) single-handedly prevent an emotionally repressed and incredibly depressed man from ending his life after his second son died.
He knew that he would need to make sure that Bruce ate his meals, drank some fucking water, and didn’t nearly kill every villain he had the displeasure of facing night after night.
What he didn’t expect was the amount of times Tim had to pull guns out of Bruce’s mouth.

Or: Tim saves Bruce from ending it all by pretending to be Jason, and none of the ‘Batkids’ ever found out about it.

A lot of times they'll be surrounded by friends and family, but when they open their eyes they go "Who are you?" Because that's not how you act when you don't recognize somebody. That's very rude. It would be chaos out there if every time you saw someone you didn't recognize, you went, "Who are you?" I always try to be really polite in life, so like if I had amnesia, you'd never know it. I'd wake up and they'd be like "Hi John, we're so happy you're awake." And I'd just be like, "Oh, hey, man, how's it going?", "Oh, hey, dude, nice to see you again." because that's how you act when you can tell that someone recognizes you and you have no fucking clue who they are.”
