A chance to once again attempt to have Hidemi and Ikeda saved from their respective situation.
As the gasoline filling her vehicle had reached the brim of her neck, she had uttered the prayer in a solemn whisper. She doesn’t want the rabbit to know what she was planning. What power had dwelled in her. Even if the prayer didn’t work, she’d go out with full belief.
After her eyes could only witness the blissful peace of darkness, for a minute, she had breathed. Took a breath of something that wasn’t pure gas in the air. The moment of senselessness cleared her vision and mind as she opened her eyes.
This was in fact not what she was expecting nor what she had hoped for. Instead of being back before the game, she was inside a laundry room.

Midoriya Izuku has always been written off as weird. As if it's not bad enough to be the quirkless weakling, he has to be the weird quirkless weakling on top of it.
But truthfully, the "weird" part is the only part that's accurate. He's determined not to be a weakling, and in spite of what it says on paper, he's not actually quirkless. Even before meeting All-Might and taking on the power of One For All, Izuku isn't quirkless.
Not that anyone would believe it if he told them.

Kaveh used to think that Alhaitham had mastered the art of ignoring him. The man would remain unflappable as he continued to read his worn copy of The Origins of Enkanomiyan Language, even when Kaveh was a hair’s breadth away from shattering the windows of their house with his severity of pitch.
No amount of screaming, threats to throw things, or violently waving in front of him could get Alhaitham to pause in his thirst for knowledge. As it turns out, Alhaitham literally just turns his hearing aids off so he doesn’t have to listen to Kaveh.

You know, like a good ally.
Saiki Kusuo isn't LGBTQ. Not experiencing sexual attraction is totally normal. Transforming between biological sexes soon after birth doesn't count. And his interest in Satou Hiroshi is purely one of curiosity.
That has to be true. Because for Saiki Kusou, coming out sure seems like a pain.

Sometime during 2020 I discovered an infamous series of online comics, showing this strange, Twilight Zone universe, one in which Sokka and Katara are fighting for an evil Water Tribe whilst Aang is travelling the world with a good Azula and Zuko. Reading a few chapters of the fanfiction it was based on, I quickly discovered a message from the author Ogro/Baithin, who apparently abandoned the fic and gave his blessings for others to do with the premise whatever they wanted.
I set out to create a remake, one with a structure that more closely resembles ATLA’s TV show format. On the verge of uploading my first chapter, I found out the original Distorted Reality had been continued. Encouraged by Ogro himself, I went ahead with my version of the story anyway.
I originally uploaded the first chapter on 2/1/2021 on fanfiction.net. It has since grown to an enormous size, and I’m enormously happy with how it’s turning out with time, both as an ATLA fanfic, as a reimagining of DR, and as just my own little story and universe. Well, not “little”.
I would recommend treating the individual "Acts" as their own chapters. I think it's easier to read that way.
