October 3rd 9:45pm, rain beats down hard on Hub City as cameras survey the streets below. Jumbotrons throughout the city faintly spew an announcement from KBEL-TV, drowned out mostly by the frenzy of drops. Down a desolate alley, one of the few places without a camera a manhole rises enough to slide to the side.
Someone with a fedora slowly raises themselves from the hole, rain drooping the rim of their hat. They look back and forth making sure the coast is clear. Getting out we see more of them. They’re wearing a dark blue trench with long frizzy hair pulled back into a ponytail.

Azula is careful, she picks and chooses and strikes when the time is right, not before and not after. She realizes that her father is a careless leader, and that, if left to him, the entire Fire Nation will be burnt to the ground. This will not do, Azula will be Fire Lord soon, and a ruler needs her subjects. Logically, the only thing to do in this case is seek the help of her dead brother, traitor uncle, and their miscreant group of friends that they seem to have acquired, including the avatar he was sent to kill.

I wanted to create an S4 Fix-It Fic, but as Kaylee said in Firefly, "Sometimes a thing gets too broke to fix." So I am replacing it all instead. Knowing me, it will be long to fix what the (semi-homophobic) CW producers/writers of Supergirl broke so gradually.
Here, Supergirl will be the center of her own show. Here, her sister will be empowered to find love with actual chemistry. Here, people will be free to be as gay/fabulous as they need to be. And the characters who are supposed to be gay will actually be Queer As Fuck.
Since I started writing this on Feb. 19, 2020, and 100 pages later, we were in Pandemic 2020 Lockdown, the season's big bad will be Covid-19. And since I started it as if it were a regular season, I began in a mythic June (after the events in my short fic “Metropolis Pride”) and the virus cut our heroes off at the end of fall semester instead of spring. So it won't be all that accurate, but who cares? It's a SuperCorp fanfic.
So put on your black tacticals, pack your sparkly pink bowties (and other bits of interest) and let us get (eventually) to the church on time for a *SuperCorp wedding*.

Vi looks at the big clock on the far wall. 7:46AM. She’s one minute late today. Every morning for the past six months - well, every morning Vi’s been on shift, so she’s just assuming about the other days - she’s passed by at exactly 7:45AM, always at a brisk walk, always in a perfectly-tailored suit, not a single long, silky-looking hair out of place.
7:47AM. The crisp clack of heeled boots on concrete pulls Vi out of her musings. There must have been some sort of emergency, because the subject of Vi’s (minor) obsession walks past the fire station at a faster clip than normal. Which is sort of saying something, because Mystery Woman’s got legs for days, long and slender, visibly toned with long, lean muscle through her suit pants. At the faster clip, Vi has less time to admire her ass and tiny, tiny waist as she walks by, but that’s fine, because the view as she leaves is fantastic.
