Summary
Love doesn’t erase darkness, but maybe it provides enough light to survive it.
Malis wakes up on a crashing Nautiloid ship with no memory of how she got there—just a tadpole in her skull and a splitting headache. Add a murderous dark urge that whispers sweet nothings about bloodshed in her ear causing her to want to murder everything in sight, and things only get worse.
Enter Astarion: the eternally dramatic vampire spawn with a knack for trouble and a smile as sharp as his daggers. They meet by knife-point, naturally. And while she rather enjoys that he’s only slightly less murdery than she is, their spicy, messy entanglement becomes the least of their problems.
Thrown together in a mess of illithid horrors, crazed cults, ancient gods, and highly questionable blood drinking, the two wrestle with love, power, and the darkness within.
“We’re the same, you and I,” he once told her. “Monsters.”
If you’re into epic battles, biting banter, shameless smut, and two broken people trying (and failing) to keep it together, this is one such story.

Summary
She smiled sweetly at him. “Still not happy about travelling with a pig?”
“No, no.” He assured her, relaxing a modicum once his dagger was safely sheathed at his hip. “The pig is great. A blood-thirsty, monster-stomping pig. She’s darling, let’s keep her.”
Since she was a child, Shay's increasingly less-than-idyllic life in Baldur's Gate was haunted by a pale, red-eyed stranger lurking in the shadows. When she found the very same man on a beach, drenched in sunlight and infected with the same parasite that now wriggled in her own brain, she was forced to set aside her dreams of vengeance in hopes of surviving another day. They did survive – not just the next day but for many more after – forging an alliance that forced Shay to confront the possibility that there was more to the man than she thought.

“I was so afraid I would kill you. And then that night…here.” She gestured weakly to the front workbench she’d been avoiding. “When you pinned my wrists… I thought… I thought you were still afraid I could hurt you after I showed you what I’m capable of.” A lone, hot tear fell down her cheek. “I thought you were protecting yourself from me. From what I could do.”
“I was.” His voice was hoarse, and barely audible. “Just… not the way you think.”

Summary
The scars on Astarion's back burn like hellfire, like they're trying to writhe free of his skin. The ritual’s power was never meant for him, but he can take it anyway. He has a blade, and a perfect canvas—all he needs is a second pair of eyes, and he’ll be able to write this last sonnet himself. Cazador will get the ‘mercy’ he deserves, and Astarion will have the sweet pleasure of carving it into his flesh. The sun, power beyond comprehension, his freedom—he's about to have it all.
Until, like most things he wants, it is unceremoniously ripped away from him.

Alternatively, Astarion loses everything and has to learn to live with it.

Summary
There is a ghost within the walls of the Szarr palace. Not one who was killed there, but one who was born there, created there, one who belongs to the palace as much as the palace does to his lordship, and will never be allowed to leave.
The hidden baby daughter of Cazador Szarr is pulled from her deceptively lavish captivity by the hesitant hand of a vampire spawn. Astarion comes to realize that one good thing has prospered within the palace, and Cazador wishes to hoard it for all eternity.
Cordelia is innocent, raised in a manufactured oblivion designed to keep her a child forever, and Astarion has seen every bit of her father's cruelty firsthand. He hates the tyrant blood in her veins, and she is too meek to look him in the eyes.

There's a spark in your palm, a glimmering promise of incineration.
There's blood in his mouth, body a mausoleum carved with murder.
He despises you. You should loathe him more. Devotees of Lathander despise the undead, after all.
In the name of survival, Astarion tricks your heart into joining his side. He does not suspect how well caressing flames blend with velvet obscurity. Four hands, weaving half-light and semi-darkness. And how maybe, just maybe, you could carry the only sun that would never hurt him.

Summary
This series is based on my double-rogue playthrough. Tav is an assassin rogue, chaotic neutral, chooses mostly good options but a ton of options just for the laughs or the money. Astarion remains unascended. Everyone shows up sooner or later, though main group includes Karlach and Shadowheart.
Written gender-neutral and from second-person so that you can insert your Tav to be rogue!Tav :)
Ordered chronologically, not written chronologically because I just write whatever comes to mind tbh.

Summary
Astarion still liked her even after he found out about the Urge. He still likes her, now, even as he sits just far enough away from her that their shoulders aren’t quite touching.
The thing is that Lenore loves him. Lenore loves Astarion more than she imagines she has ever loved anything, ever, past life of missing memories be damned. And it doesn’t matter if she wants to curl up against him. She doesn’t want to make him uncomfortable—it’s not something he wants, he’d said—and her own hands are too stained with blood for her to even try.
She’ll take it in stride. She’ll only touch him when he initiates it, and even then she will hold her breath until it’s gone.
She loves him, is the thing. She’s not going to do that to him.

Summary
“Now,” Astarion purrs, “why don’t you tell me why we’re really here?”
“You know why,” you groan, tightening your grip on his shirt.
Astarion laughs again, the sound impossibly infuriating. He pulls away from your neck, and his brows quirk in recognition as he drinks in the sight of you: flushed, flustered, and far more aroused than you would ever admit.“Of course I do.” His fangs taunt you from behind his lips as he grins wolfishly. “But you’ll be good and tell me anyway, won’t you?”

The moment you saw the dress in Figaro's workroom, you knew you had to have it. And, judging from Astarion's reaction to seeing you in it, the purchase will be well worth your while.
