Summary
A somewhat linear telling of Hyrule Warriors with Twilight.
Twilight is taken from the Chain during their journey and is sent to another alternate universe that he helps and raises the Hero's of Courage. As he goes through the War of Ages he meets Mask and Wind again along with Link (Warriors), and he gets to see first hand the troubles of the other heroes while trying to figure out why he was sent to this time in the first place.
Will keep to the main story points and keep the story somewhat canon, but with a spice of my own AU ideas.
Will also go in debt over relationships of the heroes and during Hyrule Warriors the messed up idea Cia's relationship to him was. Will also focus on the above mentioned relationships in the tags and the psychological damage that was caused by the obsessive idea that was Ganon's corruption of Cia and her love.

Shade was quiet. Stunned or reserved or just plain watching in disappointment, Link couldn’t tell as he moved further back, away from such a godly portrayal of that man. The sword on his back caught the light and Link’s breath hitched painfully between his ribs.
His head spun. Memories of dreams plagued his already troubled mind, filling him with terror.

"You guys wanna see a creepy mask?" Wild cracked a large grin making a show of what he was holding behind his back. The conversation had bounced between all the boys who all offered something to show whether simple or scary. The wild-child was just as excited to show the others something of his own travels.
The conversation turned to him as Time gave an amused huffed liked the tired dad he was as he waved Wild forward to show his mask.
A dark feeling erupted under his skin and throughout his body as he tumbled forward. Cries and shouts around him as he grasped at his chest struggling to breath. Hands supported his shoulders, his name repeated in growing worry. The people around him were unfamiliar calling a name he didn't know as the world around him darkened and he succumbed to the feeling of numbness as he weakly tried to call out.

For what was the purpose of an age when not once did he align himself under such scruity of law or care. When would knowing his age ever hold him back if not for other’s telling him he’d be too young or old for such things? What was a number to him when he’d done what children younger than him had, and what men older than him didn’t have the courage to do?
All in all, age was nothing but an idea to him that gnawed at his brain.

He stood in the aftermath of which was. Eight graves lay out in front of him, but only five filled with their respective owners. Broken stones lay at the head of each one. They were ugly and imperfect, yet in every way fit the hero’s spirit they possessed.
Nothing was beautiful about their lives, and death for them had been even uglier than he would have guessed. The gods offered them no favors taking their lives so brutally as it had been.
Dirty, worn hands clenched around bright blue.
A promise lay in those hands, and yet those hands were the cause of it all.

Summary
Bramblestar succumbs to his death after Ashfur's death within his body and Squirrelflight is ready to become the next leader. However, the Dark Forest rises again under a new leader with greater strength. Without the three to stop them, the Clans are left at the mercy of darkness as Starclan is destroyed.
A new leader rises from the ashes as cats far older than the clans themselves reach to mend these troubles, seeking help from a certain medicine cat.

It was a startling quick jump to a sitting position that had even Time startled.
Time was by his side in an instant, horrified by whatever he was seeing.
Tears tumbled down their cheeks, eyes bloodshot and cheeks red. Their lips parted, struggling to breathe correctly, and yet it wasn’t the fact that Twilight had clearly woken from a nightmare— jumping alive in fright. It was the silent way he looked at him and just couldn’t process Time at his side.

All while they struggle, a prophecy looms over every cats head damning the cause of two timelines.
