Felix's parents send him on a trip to Camp Amazing, a place for anti-social adults to learn how to function socially run by an eccentric Ringleader, his crazy husband, and his creepy son. He didn't run when he had the chance, so now he has to deal with nosy people, problematic reunions, an inconsistently sane therapist, crazy table-top role-playing adventures, and people who seem determined not to let him push them away.
Surely he won't blow everything up in the process.
Or—A closeted and deeply troubled trans-woman who can't stop exploding in dramatic self-destructive fashion learns to let others in and stop hating herself.

Shane sighs, shifting, something spinning around in his stomach as he fumbles for his phone. The pale light of his lockscreen blinds him, his eyes wrinkling in a deep recoil. Before he can force his eyes to adjust to the harsh glare, his phone starts buzzing in his hand again. Repeated little hums, signalling a phone-call, not just a text. And, when Shane finally does peel his eyes open, he sees two things: It’s eleven-forty-seven, and Sonya is calling him.
That’s not right. She’s home, why is she calling him? “M’ello?” He says, confused and groggy.
There’s a rush of air on the other end. Wind, maybe. Or breathing, hard to tell. “Dad?”
OR - In a moment of teenage rebellion, Shane and Ilya’s daughter sneaks out in the middle of the night. She learns her lesson when she ends up in a car accident. Her fathers come to pick her up.

But when she suddenly gets turned away from the blood bank and still needs to purchase about half a dozen textbooks for the next semester, she finds herself a little desperate for extra cash.
Luckily, there were alternatives. Namely, the other type of blood donation center next door. But it also comes with the steep price of becoming the living, breathing blood bag for a tall, purple bunny with sharp teeth and a bad attitude.
Good thing it pays well.

After all, what's the point in living for a whole year if he's not going to do something fun with it?

Except Jax is not really a knight, but rather a knave—and is forced to remain by her side. The more time Jax and Ragatha spend together, the more their hatred and devotion grows for each other. But soon, Ragatha realises that there is a power struggle for the throne and that Jax might be the only person that she can trust.
