Summary
It’s been a handful of months since the end of Double Life, one of Grian’s Life games, and Tango has been trying to get back to some kind of normality. It’s weird not being tied to anyone and it’s tricky keeping thoughts of Jimmy out of his head. They left on bad terms and Tango’s pretty sure there was no way they could ever forgive each other.
But when something goes wrong and Jimmy is the only one that could help, will he pick up Tango’s call and come rescue him?
(Yeah, Ik I don't usually do summaries like this, but for this series get used to it suckers/affectionate/platonic/ill shut up now =P)

“Joel!” Grian yelled as he and Scar walked into Joel’s base, “Joel! We’ve got your delivery! 2 shulkers of cherry wood! Where are you?”
There was no reply, but his marker was registered there in his base, so he had to be there.
They walked into Joel’s house, pulling open the door.
Scar gasped, turning pale, and Grian dropped the shulker boxes, then bit back a yell when they crashed onto his foot.

Tango’s eyes widened and he threw the covers off, “Really?”
“Yes,” Jimmy grabbed his dressing gown from the back of the door and chucked it across to Tango, “Our first lamb Tango!”
A smile spread across Tango’s face as he kicked on his slippers and dashed with Jimmy out of the room, down the stairs and out into the barn.
It was the Rancher’s first spring on the ranch after finding out that they were soulmates and it had reached lambing season, meaning that one of their young ewes, Scoundrel, was expecting.

“This is nice,” Jimmy said simply, breaking the comfortable silence.
“Mmhhmm,” Tango agreed, closing his eyes fully. If he wasn’t careful he was going to doze off and wake up with a dead arm and a crick in his neck.
“We should do stuff like this more often,” Jimmy continued. Tango hummed again in agreement, and turned his head to face Jimmy. It was sunkissed from all the days outside, and his nose was speckled with cute brown freckles.
If Tango woke up with a dead arm and a crick in his neck, it would have been worth it for this.

Jimmy huffed and wiped his sword on the edge of his jacket. He ducked underneath a tree to take a breather for a moment, glancing around for enemies that might be creeping up on him.
He locked onto a pair of purple eyes.
The enderman screeched and ran at him, speeding forwards. Jimmy swallowed, gripping his sword tighter.
But why was he suddenly hit with an overwhelming sense of deja vu?
OR:
Jimmy does a challenge with his friends that ends up with him falling prey to a panic attack and some horrible flashbacks. Fortunately, his rancher is on hand to help.

Summary
It’s mesmerising, following the fluid lines of the sculpture from the neck to the tail, each detail so delicately carved and shaped it’s impossible to imagine that it’s been carved from stone.
He’s reached a hand out before he knows it, stroking one finger carefully along the raised spines of the dragon, along its back. It’s warm beneath his hand, despite all the stone around him being cold. It’s definitely some kind of stone though, maybe a refined obsidian of some kind? It seems to swallow the light around it completely.
His finger is warm where he is touching the statue.
