Summary
There’s a massive omega shortage, and without mates, alphas are dying out. Now by law all omegas must register themselves as soon as they present, and on their 20th birthday, they have to give themselves up as the prize to any alpha who claws their way out of a globally broadcasted brawl inside of an elaborate maze.
Late bloomer Izuku’s time has come, and all he can do is hope that whatever alpha he’s given to will be nice to him, even if they’ll never love each other. (If an alpha even shows up to fight for him, that is.)
But before the show officially starts, two of his best friends sneak in to make sure he knows that everything will be okay, and even if he doesn’t really believe them, just knowing that they have his back is enough to get him through the door to face his fate.
The fact that both of them are alphas is something he’s never had to think about until reality hits him like a truck, and all he can do is watch.

Curiosity gets the best of him, so he says yes to the job, but when he gets to the client’s home for their first meeting, he can hardly believe his own two eyes.
There standing before him is none other than Todoroki Shouto, and he’s pretty damn sure when they went to high school together, Shouto was listed as a beta.
