Summary
Steve has been in a relationship with Jonathan and Nancy since the week before graduation (though he's not quite sure relationship is the right word; they're something and that's already more than he ever hoped for). With them, his summer was going better than he expected when his dad first cut him off. Then Dustin came back from camp with his secret Russian code. Between the ensuing drugs and interrogation, Steve's missing pieces of his summer—he doesn't remember that he's in a relationship at all.
After Star Court, Nancy and Jonathan notice the distance Steve is putting between them and worry he's realized trying to make the three of them work is too complicated; especially when they see just how comfortable he is around Robin.

Tim Drake didn't quite know what he was agreeing to four years ago, but he tried to make the best of it! Using notes from his past (future?) self, he (somewhat messily) tried to help everyone his other self cared for. Now, it's four years later and he can mostly ignore the second set of memories lying in the back of his brain. It'd be much easier if Dick Grayson would just leave him alone. If Tim believed in destiny he might actually think that the universe cared about what was lost.
Dick Grayson has spent the last year feeling like he's veered off course. Something keeps itching at the back of his brain. He's missed some clue. Helena Bertinelli's promised to help him crack down on human trafficking, but Dick thinks her foster kid might actually be more help in that department.

Summary
When Carol finds out the reason she’s been feeling weird is actually lycanthropy she goes to see Steve. She hasn’t talked to him since 1983 and she’s pretty sure the last words she said to him were… well bad. But Steve is Steve right? And he’d been at the center of so many weird things since their friendship ended that he seems the perfect person to help her with her wolfy mess.
Too bad he’s on vacation.
Robin knows nothing about werewolves. Had, until Carol transforms in Steve’s living room, thought they were just a cautionary tale and a sweet movie monster. Robin may not like Carol but she does love a puzzle and what’s more of a puzzle than the high school mean girl showing up at your door, asking for help and turning into the saddest looking dog in the world.
Talk about weaponized puppy dog eyes.

Phil Callahan has made a large variety of strange arrests in his time working as a cop for Hawkins, Indiana. Daylight skinny-dippers; a small group of old ladies who’d attempted to rob the corner shop with their umbrellas, a guy who’d stolen a total of eighteen gnomes from his suburban neighborhood.
But pulling over Max Mayfield driving her brother’s Camaro at the ripe age of thirteen was pretty insane. Sure, kids will be kids and kids will be crazy. Until Steve Harrington crawled out of the backseat, clutched his knees and horror-movie hurled blood all over his boots and shit got crazier.
That took it from a minor concern to oh, fuck. Callahan has to take this kid to a hospital.

On the way back, Robin sat scrunched up in a ball with her feet on the car seat, drinking the last few sips of her shake and bobbing her head to the music coming out of Steve’s radio. “Do you think that old lady thought we were dating?” she asked suddenly, “She was looking at us, like, oh to be young and in love. ” She swooned, placing both hands on her heart.
“Probably,” Steve said, tapping his thumb on the steering wheel, “Who doesn’t?”
Max snorted, both in amusement and surprise. “People think that?”

And, because Robin could never leave well enough alone, she placed a hand on his shoulder.

Duke steps into the aisle properly, grabs one roll of wrapping paper, and steps back out. Jason starts on the third shelf. Tim finally grabs all the wrapping paper from his box, dumps it in the cart, and pulls another box on his shoulder to dump all the wrapping paper there into his cart.
“...should I be concerned?” Duke asks.
Tim and Jason look at each other, which is distinctly not the answer Duke wanted.

Nancy is familiar territory, but Steve is someone all but unknown to El. But he’s nice, and very interesting to observe, El can’t help but decide.
