Summary
A warm summer in 1985 introduces a new life to the Afton family, as William decides to leave for good. He leaves Michael in his wake, and Michael does as he must to keep his younger siblings happy and fed. That means balancing 2 jobs on his hands.
He doesn't suffer for long, though, as his best friend Jeremy steps in to help him out. Instead, he suffers in other ways, such as having to come to terms with his sexuality.

He couldn’t help but feel as though he was breaking a rule, though. Which was weird, because Father had only ever told Elizabeth not to go near Circus Baby. He hadn’t said anything to Michael, so, technically he wasn’t breaking any rules. Michael ignored the small part of his brain that questioned why Elizabeth couldn’t see Circus Baby.

@TheseusofftheRoof: Just finished patrolling the city (I think this is the third time I'm doing it now? Wack) - met this absolutely adorable dog! Maybe he should be my sidekick, ey? Anyway, Districts 17 and 18 have a new vigilante!
Theseus huffed as he reached the window to his floor, stumbling as he tried to go in through the window - almost failing before he landed on his ass, falling onto the floor. He pulled his mask off his face, struggling to pull his costume off before stuffing it into his bag. He sighed, Tubbo and Ranboo, his roommates, would be home soon from work, and if they knew he went on patrol without them? He would be in deep shit.
Tommy was a vigilante - and a damn good one at that. It had only been 3 patrols and he had already saved more people than he could count on all of Ranboo's, Tubbo's and his toes and fingers which was certainly an accomplishment. According to Monarch (who he had run into on the second day before being briefed on all the 'loosely-held-together rules' of being a vigilante), most people only saved a few civilians during their first few patrols.

Tommy Innit isn't necessarily what you call a perfect student even though he tries. He doesn't always do well on schoolwork but you can clearly see the effort.
Overall, he isn't a bad student. The problem is that his artistic skill and creative mind far surpasses his ability to do a simple math equation or spell the word consequences correctly.
Or Tommy draws a whole comic on his schoolwork and Technoblade, his teacher, accidentally becomes invested in the story.
