Summary
To Grace's knowledge (i.e. the Hail Mary's database, i.e. all of human knowledge), there have never been any studies done to confirm whether ambrein (a derivative of sperm whale digestive secretions!) actually functions as an aphrodisiac in humans or not.
Well, 15.8 light years from Earth, he's about to find out. Because the cytoplasm of Taumoeba consists in large parts of a triterpene alcohol that is startlingly similar to ambrein — and baby, he's all out of coma slurry.
Or: The sex
pollenamoeba fic you (never) asked for.Rocky utters a wordless little trill, half concerned and half curious. Always curious, and why would this be an exception? If anything, this is me conducting a pilot study on the unusual effects of Taumoeba on the human body, and oh is he ever morbidly fascinated by the many things my gross, leaky body does.

Summary
Jon's eyes shot open with a sharp gasp. His chest ached but the pain was already quickly fading. He was....he was seated at his desk? Why was he at his desk? That wasn't right....was it? He frowned and looked around. Everything appeared to be in place, except for him. He wasn't supposed to be here. He could feel it. Something important had happened.

"Who the hell are you?" Jon could feel his hands shaking.
The man laughed, taking a step forward and raising a hand to point at him.
"I'm you, from the future!" he said, then swayed, eyes going unfocused, and collapsed to the floor in a dead faint.

Excerpt from Chapter 4:
Merry and Pippin jeered, so you grabbed the thing that was closest to you (a grape) and chucked it as hard as you could. They dodged but not before your eyes widened at the grape's trajectory.
It was a masterful throw and sailed gracefully in the air, before hitting an elven prince in the chest with a soft thump. Legolas looked at the grape, now lying sadly on the floor. There was silence until he spoke up, "I was told there was dinner?"
