Summary
Viktor had posed in front of a dirty mirror with an oversized band t-shirt hanging loosely off of his frame, barely covering his crotch. There was a heavy looking metal brace on one leg, and he leaned on a small cane. He had a simple box cutter in his pale hand, thin red lines along the tops of his legs staining the bands of the white thigh-high socks he wore. His face was covered by his phone, but that hadn't lasted long.
He'd be legendary. Jayce could feel it.
When Jayce sees Viktor posting videos of himself cutting online, Jayce knows he has the potential to be a new star in his livestreams. He sweet talks Viktor into meeting him in person and, once he convinces Viktor that he cares about him, puts Viktor though hell on camera as entertainment for his beloved audience. They get to bid on him and vote for what kind of pain Jayce inflicts, and Viktor just gets to sit pretty for the camera and try to hold on.

Summary
Jayce is a top level Magic: The Gathering player who is despised by everyone around him. As someone who has admired him for years and doesn't know how Jayce really is, Viktor finally works up the nerve to challenge Jayce to a game in hopes of impressing him and to be able to work together in the future. When their match goes poorly, the two fight and develop a hatred of each other and how the other plays. As they learn to tolerate each other, an annoying level of affection grows between them and when the opportunity to take out another problematic player arises they have to decide if they'll put their irritation aside and work together, or let their enemies win.

Summary
Viktor held out the knife, his favorite one. It was a nasty thing, large in his delicate hands with a leather wrapped handle that was softened from so many years of use. The blade was wicked sharp and impeccably clean, practically adored by him.
The one he’d fallen in love with was supposed to be a sort of hunting knife, the edge of the blade slightly curved for skinning and it seemed made for his hand. It had weight to it and just felt right when he held it. It was a treasured possession now, and held in Jayce’s hand instead of his, it looked absolutely divine.
Or: Viktor has a massive cutting kink and finally gets Jayce to indulge in it as well.

Viktor tilts his head, acting cute. “So… what?”
Jayce looks down at Viktor’s lips again, dying to dive in for more but holding himself back. “So, what is this?” He says, his voice low. He reaches a hand forward, pressing his thumb into Viktor’s hipbone.
Viktor hums, thinking to himself for a moment before crowding into Jayce’s space again and kissing him hard.
Pulling back with a dazed look, Viktor's hands slide down the front of his chest until the warmth of his palms rest against Jayce's stomach.
“Lets just call it a fun summer break?”
Hired by his mother's friend to clean her pool during summer break, Jayce meets Viktor and the two get on like a match to fireworks. Throughout their fun, casual relationship, Jayce yearns to learn more about the whimsical boy who takes his breath away.

The thing is, it's really not what it looks like.
Jayce doesn't answer questions for Viktor with him standing right there to be dismissive. He doesn't ignore Viktor's input to choose what he wants to be selfish. He doesn't deny Viktor's requests whenever he feels like it to purposefully control him. He doesn't cover Viktor's mouth during sex to take what he wants.
He does it all because Viktor told him to. Because Viktor said it would make him happy.
And Jayce would do anything to make Viktor happy. Anything.

They call it “The Rally.” One last moment of clarity before the end.
Jayce knows it’s begun when he stumbles into the kitchen and finds Viktor already there, upright and alert, pouring milk into his mug.
Viktor, for the first time in weeks, is using his rollator. Not just leaning on it, but moving confidently. It's a rare enough sight that Jayce stops short in the doorway and rubs his eyes to make sure he isn’t imagining this.
