Hi Ilya,
My name is Shane! I don’t speak Russian, I hope that’s okay. I’m also 25 years old and I love hockey too! So we have some things in common.
I’ve never written an inmate before. I don’t really know why I’m doing this. I guess I’m lonely. I’m not very good at making friends or dating. I think maybe I can be a bit awkward in person, but I’m good at writing. So I hope that’s okay.

When a far more Jaded, far-less-Mortal Percy wakes up in his nine-year-old body, he very firmly decides that Once Was Enough, Thank You! So, instead of deciding to re-do his childhood But Better, he decides that this whole Mortal Hero thing is just NOT for him. So, instead, he decides to do as his kind-of-sibling Nereus does, and become a Hermit. Hell, he even makes his Mortality burn away faster than it had in the Before, so he CAN'T become the Child of Prophesy this time!
His plan is absolutely foolproof!
(Now if only he considered everyone ELSE when he made this plan...) -

"Salazar's worries are not unfounded. Wixen have fought hard for our peace, and we put ourselves in jeopardy every time we reenter the mundane world that we had been a part of not even a decade prior. The mundane people still remember us, still look for us - afraid we will come out of the woodwork to overtake their kingdom. We are the monsters in their cautionary tales. But the Blessed-Born are in danger of dying without us. Wix children will be killed if we fail to save them first."
- Vesta Cordelia Peverell in Grimoire Heart, the Peverell Family Grimoire: Entry number 78With Death comes legacy. But...
But, in time, a legacy can become twisted. Stories will no longer be memories shared with friends and loved ones, but tales whispered ear-to-ear. Stories are changed to fit agendas, and what truly happened is lost - there's no way to tell the truth from the lies. And Salazar Slytherin's legacy, as large and twisted as it is, continues to send ripples throughout history. It just might make Harry crumble underneath its weight.

Summary
Percy knew that traveling back to ancient Greece wouldn’t be a walk in the park (time travel was supposed to be impossible), but he was determined to keep his promise to Telemachus; not knowing that being back wouldn‘t solve all of his problems like some Holy Moly.
But Percy was one stubborn demigod, and he had a lot to fight for. He would face gods, suitors, and arrogant guards, as well as unfairness, schemes and heartbreak gladly, if it meant to finally reach his Dream-Boy again. And…cows (?) where in Hades did they come from? And what was that about someone trying to trap his Prince in a marriage?!
Oh, and Ody would also need a way back home to finally rid the palace of all the rats crawling around.
All in all, there would be enough to keep him entertained for a while…if he could only find the answer to the most useless crappy riddle the Fates had ever spun! (Pun intended, but not appreciated…)
Or
Telemachus was sick of waiting. Especially when it came to Poseidon's slow-witted and completely blind son, who, even after months (or years) of hints, still didn't understand that he was the only one for the prince. It was time to get out the big guns (or apples)…he had a demigod to seduce!

“Still perfectly normal.”
“And her friend ran into your parents at the store and told them about the pregnancy.”
Buck froze.
“And I mean you know, you know Maddie hasn’t spoken to them since she found out about… you know.”
“The Jakeman thing.”
“Yeah, yeah the Jakeman thing. She blocked their number. And even before that she didn’t ever talk to them about you really I mean- she never even told them about Rina or your leg or anything she- she’s totally been respecting your right to not want them in your life-“
“Chim. What exactly happened this morning?”
“They must have used a new number to try and call Maddie because they got through.”
“… Okay. Okay so my parents called. That’s… not great but-“
“They called to tell us that they’re in LA.”
“They-“ Buck blinked once. Twice.
He swallowed hard.
“They’re in LA?”
