Ilya hums, playing the card he's been considering for this entire conversation. “We could make more interesting, yes? A bet.”
“A bet,” Shane repeats, eyes flashing. “Like what?”
The reporter cuts in. “What about wearing the other player’s jersey?”
They both turn to her, and Shane says, “Like, the loser wears the winner’s jersey?”
“Maybe at the next game in a couple of months?”
“Is a good idea,” Ilya muses, nudging Shane’s elbow. “You will look better in my jersey than in Montreal jersey.”
Shane makes a low noise, his eyes holding a bit of a spark when he looks back to Ilya. It’s what Ilya was hoping for—the tiniest crack in the mask. He can see a hint of exasperated affection around the corners of Shane’s eyes, a little bit of fire burning just beneath the surface. It sends a thrill down Ilya’s spine, and he wonders if Shane will be snarky when Ilya gets him naked tonight.
“That’s not happening,” Shane replies, shaking his head. “Because you’re not winning.”

She was getting impatient, honestly, felt her blush getting stronger and her grip around his arm go tighter. She knew they had responsibilities, but the ghost feeling of Kenny’s lips against her neck earlier still lingered, the promise of having him once they’d finished baking still in her head and ruling her thoughts at the moment.
"We could," she shrugged, "or we could go to your room and see how many times you can cum in me before the oven beeps."

Kenny didn’t answer right away. Instead, there was a soft rustle—his parka shifting as he moved closer, the faint shuffle of his hand-me-down tennis shoes on the floor, the sound of him loosening the drawstrings of his hood, letting it fall easily to his shoulders. Butters could barely focus, the world still spinning in a haze of fevered warmth, but he felt the softness that reached him like a steady pull against the swirling chaos of his mind. When he finally lifted his gaze, there it was. That smile.
"It’s alright, Butters," Kenny said, his voice compassionate, soothing, and full of an affection that made Butters' heart race, though he couldn’t quite understand why. "You’re not feelin’ too good, huh?"
There was no judgment in his voice, no hurry, just a quiet, unspoken understanding. He conveniently ignored the question about school, as if there was no argument about where he should be, no doubt in his mind that Butters needed him here, now.

Summary
Middle school was already hard enough for Kyle, Stan, Kenny, and Cartman. It only got worse after a field trip to Dr. Mephesto’s lab, where the four ended up switching bodies.
Kenny worries that his immortality won’t pass over to Stan. Stan thinks that Kyle hates him. Kyle doesn’t know how to live in his crushes body while his archenemy might ruin his life at any moment. Cartman can’t decide between this being the worst thing to happen to him, or the best opportunity to make Kyle’s life a living hell.
The group must pretend like everything is normal, while they try to figure out a way to switch back and make sure that no one finds out.

“What the hell?” Kyle murmured, grabbing at his throat as he heard the noise that came out. Now that definitely wasn’t his own voice. He knew whose voice that was. He had known that voice for all his life. Despite the recent drop due to puberty, he still knew that voice.
That was Stan’s voice.
And he was wearing Stan’s clothes.
His eyes darted around the room, but he didn’t need to look too far before he found what he was dreading. Kyle had to stifle a scream as his eyes landed on it.
His own body, lying passed out next to him.

During Akaza's fight with Kyojuro, he manages to bleed into his wounds. However, it's such a small amount, neither of them notice. Weeks later, Shinobu is surprised and concerned by how quickly Kyojuro is recovering, and Akaza is confused by the new mental connection he seems to have.
It doesn't take him long to realize that not only did he accidentally turn Kyojuro, but for inexplicable reasons, the transformation is so agonizingly slow, the slayer hasn't even realized it's happening yet, leaving Akaza torn between telling him the truth to brace him for it... Or letting him live the human life he so desperately wants for as long as he still can.

“It’s likely somewhere up there, Kyojuro. Don’t worry, I will recover it for you!”
Rubbernecking for a glowing hue, Akaza sears a visual trajectory into the unlit brow they plummeted down.
He whips his gaze around, however, when the man on the ground speaks again.
“You will deliver me the weapon I intend to silence you with?”
The eyes glued to demonic ones don’t offer a glittering of sarcasm, only etchings of grave contemplation.
