Pitch Black, Nightmare King and Bogeyman, has taken under his wing one mad little creature by the name of Jack frost. The beginning was a bit bumpy, the middle had a few twirls, and the end is no where in sight as Pitch teaches Jack to speak proper english, take regular baths, and to stay alive.
More or less successfully.
For this little head-cannon, Pitch is still very Pitch-like but Jack is more around 12 years or so in form. All the better to demand cuddles!

I really like stories where Pitch acts like Jack's parent.

Summary
Everyone has told Midoriya Izuku no when it came to him asking about quirklessness and heroism and quite frankly he's sick and tired of it. He's going to be the first quirkless hero and everyone who's said no is going to choke on their words. Izuku sees how the world has been broken and he is going to fix it.
---
"Izuku froze. Like a switch was flipped his cries stopped and his muscles tensed. He looked up and All Might mistook his incredulous expression for excited shock.
All Might proceeded to tell Izuku of One For All, the Olympic torch of quirks.
When the hero was done, Izuku stood and all he could do was start laughing. A genuine laugh with a touch of hysteria as the number one hero looked lost.
And Izuku just kept laughing."

Summary
Everything came crashing down when the doctor said he was quirkless and they all gave up on him. But what if Izuku had believed in himself just a little more?
He didn’t even think as he ran over to help the other boy. “I won’t let you hurt him.”
When Izuku realized that he could still help others he did what all nerds do... buckled down and learnt everything he could, never giving up, becoming the first quirkless hero. With a little bit of a disregard for the rules.
-Or-
Izuku decides helping others can't wait for a licence and becomes the vigilante they called Black Cat. Also the hacker Zuk, that earns a bit of a soft spot with the heroes. How will UA and Aizawa handle a sassy and confidant Izuku?

Summary
"Kid, what's wrong?" The strange man with dark hair asked as Izuku struggled irrationally in his grasp, gaze wide and fearful- he kept glancing behind him- checking to see if his dad was still on is tail- wondering how long he had until he was found.
The words were coming out of his mouth in broken babbles, he could barely keep himself from crying and his entire body ached with pain.
"Please- I need- go!" He gasped desperately, body moving frantically and weakly in an attempt to free himself. Izuku felt the man make a move to steady his shaking shoulders, but that only caused him to struggle more urgently. Izuku could tell he was worried, but all the poor boy could think in his mind was how screwed he would be if his dad caught up to him.

I wanted badass Izuku becoming a Vigilante just because high school is taking too long to get here. I'm excited to drag you all on this ride with me.
Update:
Izuku got super distracted, somehow got 1, into UA and 2, a boyfriend and his best friend(s) wants to blow shit up. Izuku is going to be a little shit the whole time, just for good measure.
Update number 2:
Izuku is thriving as much as one can at UA (Being an agent of chaos working under Nedzu does have its benefits). Of course, he does have to worry about that upcoming exam. It's the first Hero Class Civil War in nearly two decades!Series

Summary
Nedzu “accidentally” adds Midoriya Izuku to a group chat for heroes and police officers. Why Nedzu thought he, a vigilante child, would be the best person to add to the group chat, Izuku had no clue. But here he was, in the group chat with people who thought he was much older than he was and trying to make sure they never figure out the truth. This was going to be exhausting.
Or!
Nedzu adds Izuku to a group chat in hopes for some good old chaos and gets exactly that. Now Izuku has to deal with the repercussions. They aren’t necisarrly bad, he now just has a whole bunch of heroes who would kill for him. And a few that have basically adopted him.

Summary
With a deep breath, Dabi slowly reached into his pocket, shooting Eraserhead an almost amused glance when the older man tensed. But instead of pulling out a weapon, he pulled out a single photograph and held it out.
Shouta wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but three small children curled up on a dirty bed was not it.
“You stole children from the hero commission?” Shouta couldn’t help but growl, thrusting the photograph in Nezu’s direction, but Dabi didn’t seem shaken by the accusation.
“Technically, we are only providing them a safe place. One of our members found out that the Hero Commission has been genetically experimenting in order to create children with very specific quirks. He decided it was best to rescue the children while he had the chance and brought them to us.” The air in the room turned a deadly cold as the man’s words settled over them, and even Nezu looked surprised and angry at the prospect. Shouta didn’t have to guess why with the chimera’s history. “They’re taking the dna of heroes and villains in order to breed perfect little super soldiers. Those are their three current successes.”or
The Commission fucked up and the League gets redemption.
