Of all the races, Logan honestly hadn't expected to be kidnapped by Charles Leclerc and Ferrari at Monaco. He really shouldn't have been surprised. If there was any country more loyal to Charles than Italy, it was Monaco. In Italy Charles was their chosen prophet, but in Monaco he was royalty. He could get away with anything. He routinely got away with low speed car crashes and horrendous parking.

Summary
It's the British Grand Prix of the 2024 season when Lewis manages to break the curse that was still haunting his peers and predecessors. After his 300th race start he had won a race and nothing less than his home race. Emotions were high after that and Max thought he was doing a good thing when he gave Lewis space to celebrate accordingly.
Later, Max finds out Lewis's idea of celebrating includes something very specific.

Summary
Lewis feels his stomach drop, the nausea of realization churning in his gut.
"You planned this?" Lewis asks in disbelief, a question or conclussion he isn't sure, just that it sounds even more crazy spoken out loudly.
Because no sane omega would willingly go into a heat in public. Far away from their home or any kind of safe place. At a fucking race track with thousands of people. It sounds even more ridiculous, considering the fact Max is unbonded.
Again silence is the answer but this time it is the other way around as Max seems to struggle with his verbal defense, "You did." Lewis says stricken, desperately needing a confirmation for the impending chaos.
"So what?"
OR
Lewis goes to confront Max after the incident during the Hungarian GP but instead of an enlightening friendly conversation he finds the real reason for Max's foul mood.

Summary
Lewis had been in a lot of crashes in his career. Not as many as some, but he'd been in F1 for nearly 20 years now. He may be considered a genius, but even he made mistakes. And there were certainly many people he'd driven with who made many more mistakes.
Crashes like his and Nico's, or the time Max Verstappen drove over him. Those were the ones living in people's memories.
This one… would be much the same.

After qualifying in P8, Lewis and Bono were spending another late night huddled together, backs bent and necks craned as they poured over data from not only Qualifying, but also Free Practices, trying to figure out how best to salvage tomorrow’s race, when Lewis saw a flash of orange – no, papaya – caught his eye.
Turning, Lewis spotted Oscar hovering nervously in the doorway, clearly unwilling to enter a space that was so very Mercedes. Fortunately, Toto had gone back to the hotel at a reasonable hour – along with most of the Mercedes staff – so there was no one to chastise Oscar or glower in Lewis’ direction.
Except Bono, but Lewis had his back to his Race Engineer at the moment.

Overall: Dealing with anxiety is one thing, but when it tries to ruin your sweet time with your husband…well, it's a different story. Best thing you can have is a supporting partner.
