I wrote this to fill the immense hole this game left in my chest—and to give my favorite broken dogs the ending they deserved.

Summary
In the year 3099, Piltover is a cyberpunk dystopia run by Medarda Corporation, which has monopolized the production and selling of cyberware. If technology runs Piltover, Ambessa Medarda is only a close second, hoarding the profits of cyberware to herself and a few others, and using the Piltover Police Department to silence any discordance.
Jayce is working for Medarda Corporation as a lead scientist, conducting research on a project he calls Hextech. The idea has the capacity of being as revolutionary as cyberware once was —as a sort of technology that improves the human body’s functions without the replacement of living tissue— except lately the Medarda board has been threatening to shut it down. When Jayce sees himself on the verge of unemployment, he thinks Hextech is done for.
What he doesn’t expect to find is two strangers in his lab, trying to steal his notes with the help of his friend Caitlyn.
