"Soooooooooo," Wind says one night, dragging out the word until Legend rolls his eyes. He's laying on a flat boulder sticking out of the ground, with his head back to face the campsite upside down, and his legs stuck up in the air. Everyone else is sitting normally. Which is, albeit, not saying much with this group, but it's the thought that counts. The point is, Wind is sitting upside down and is totally going to ask an annoyingly invasive question like this is a 13 year old's sleepover.
"Yeah?" Sky asks curiously, because of course he does.

Summary
The newest member of the ragtag group of heroes throughout the ages literally falls from the sky in front of them.
It doesn't take long for them to realize that he's not a fighter like the rest of them, at least not anymore. And that's ignoring the fact that he's a shy nervous wreck who clearly isn't used to being around nine other heroes with questionable social skills.
(AU where Wild is the last to join the Chain and he's not a swordsman like everyone else, but is instead a sorcerer because his chronic pain meant he couldn't fight with an actual sword anymore. He's got a lot of healing to go through with that, and the Chain will help him because he's one of them, even if a sorcerer Link wasn't what they were expecting.)

“No! WILD!”
Twilight’s gaze snapped to Wild, just in time to see him being overcome by the Yiga soldiers. He was tackled, his head held securely in a headlock by a blademaster while other footsoldiers grabbed his arms. Twilight flung himself towards Wild, arm outstretched and reaching out to grasp Wild’s hand - Wild met Twilight’s eyes with a terrified look, doing his best to reach up with his restrained hands to meet Twilight’s searching fingers.
He was teleported away in a puff of red paper and smoke, Twilight a second too late.
Wild was gone.

After the Yiga Clan successfully abducts Wild, the Chain must find and rescue their brother. Supported by Prince Sidon and King Dorephan, can the heroes unravel the mystery of the Yiga Clan's plan and what they want from Wild?
