This is the ideal ending to the MTMTE/Lost Light series. There was no other way it should've gone. This is by far, (or atleast what I think is) the most emotionally compelling and captivating climax for the series. It has it all. Read ahead to be absolutley brainblasted with my pure jeneius. Summary
I. Getaway stole the Lost Light, and nobody is happy about it except him. Three planets died, but Megatron didn't, and nobody knows where Overlord is. Prowl's broken promise to the Galactic Council is going to have consequences, and Rodimus wants his ship back.
II. The broken Matrix of Leadership was returned to Optimus before the war ended. It just woke up, and Optimus doesn't know how, why, or what it’s doing.
III. Mirage will do anything to get Hound back--even go utterly mad again. Or worse, make peace with his amica.
IV. Galvatron refuses to give up his claim to Decepticon leadership. If Ravage wants to be the leader of Destron entire, she'll have to cancel him the old-fashioned way: by killing him herself. And the EDC would like her to do it as soon as possible.
Content Advisory: Canon soup with IDW/G1 base. This series began as a Soundwave/Ravage MTMTE fix-it fic. Heavily seasoned with Japanese G1 and TFP. By now you should know what to expect from me. If you haven't read the first four fics in The Voice of Stanix, you might be happier starting with Diamonds & Rust.

This perspective is sad, but really interesting. It's just how he thinks that is so layered, and you can see the insecurities he shows in every word but refuses to acknowledge as such. He has gotten so good at denial he convinces himself that things are right no matter how he truthfully feels about it deep inside himself. I love how you showed that. I also loved the way this was structured, it's like it's dragging your through time in vignettes. His entire thought process is so disordered, he's like a kid sneaking cookies and convincing himself his parents love him but also they don't love him and he's only realistic, not pretending to be caustic and refusing to get close so he doesn't have to face his insecurities and the rejection of those around him or admit that his life is miserable and cold and horrifying. Phenomenally done.

getaway I’m usually not a fan…BUT DAMN THIS WAS GOOD. Sweet truth or bitter lies, my favorite conundrum. prowl is insensitive and ruthless in his pursuit of results, but at least his justice is blind. death with a purpose. "Prowl even treated himself that way – another piece on the board."
this fic also opened my eyes to the specops found family rabbit hole.

夺路竭力置换，朝霸王露出了微笑，随后他使尽自己浑身的力气，将一口能量液狠狠地啐在了后者的脸上。霸王在最开始并未表露出任何动怒的迹象，他甚至有闲心用掌心抹去了脸上深蓝色的污渍，但紧接着夺路便被剧烈的疼痛侵袭，霸王用右手的探针刺穿了他的腹甲，他剧烈地换气，头雕无力下垂，霸王抓着他缓缓下跪，直到夺路半坐在地上，他抓起夺路的下巴，只要三变想，他可以随时捏碎这颗漂亮的脑袋，夺路依旧盯视着他，内心却没有丝毫恐惧，麻木的冰冷席卷了他，大股大股的能量液正顺着他的嗅觉接收器和摄食口边缘翻涌而出，他的焦距颤抖着向上抬，视野里被霸王凑近的面甲填满。
“……你的勇气令人赞叹，至今我还没有遇到过除了福特之外的汽车人敢对我做这种事。”霸王用令人战栗的柔声说着，那种甜美而尖锐的语调为现状更添上一层古怪的阴霾，他的右手近乎要搅碎夺路腹部的所有元件，刺耳的警报声使夺路几乎听不清霸王的声音。
“所以我会让你生不如死。”
普神啊。夺路疲惫地阖上光学镜。如果能活着回去，我一定要辞职。
紧接着他便因为机体受损严重失去了意识。 -

夺路看了一眼公寓地址，他对这里仍有印象，在之前这附近因为其混乱的情况导致涉及谋杀案，而他作为被临时委派的警官安排到了此处——他最为深刻的记忆便是其中混杂的居民能吐出怎样奇妙粗俗的句子，尤其还有些作风习惯十分不良好的瘾君子也居住在这里，他险些被屋里传出来的腐烂怪味弄吐。好在那次询问得到了不少线索，并且协助他们解决了案子，他仍记得那个证人的样貌，因为他的亮红色机体与完善的保养带来的光滑漆面都与这里显得格格不入，简直像是另一个世界的人。
令他没想到的是，他很快就再次见到了他。
“你报的案？”夺路问道。
“是的，长官。”他不好意思地微笑着，嘴角微微抽动，似乎有点儿恐惧与陌生人讲话的意思：“有些贵重物品失窃了，我试着自己找了找，但可惜没有什么成效。”
“我会尽力帮你的。”夺路收起数据板：“说说当天的情况吧。”
“好的。”他眨了眨眼：“请进来说吧，长官，我保留了案发现场。”
“我之前就注意到了，你远比其他的证人专业多了，你叫什么名字？”夺路按照标准流程进行工作，那辆火红色为主体色调的跑车在关好门之后回答了他。
“火猎星，长官。”他柔声说。

The main captains find out that the signal is being transmitted through an abandoned Autobot transmission tower on a planet nearby. Drift, Rodimus, and Perceptor go to try and disarm the tower with Tailgate and Ten tagging along.
