The whispers that that mech just wasn’t right, that the tacnet had been a bad idea, that there was no use for a mech like that and building him that way had been cruel, proof that the government couldn’t be trusted to do the work of Primus. Then came the war, and suddenly Prowl was the most useful mech in the province. Suddenly, his defect meant something.
