Summary
Zane had felt trapped between worlds after returning to Ninjago. Lloyd had felt trapped between sticking it out with Zane or talking some sense into his thick skull. In the end, an imperfect solution turned out better than nothing.
Takes place post-season eleven-ish in an AU where Zane isn't fully human or Nindroid, but also something else entirely. Part of a trilogy where I give Zane different Transformers fanon sex attributes and let him loose.
Now no longer a trilogy!

Sure, he might have the tact of a sledge hammer to glass, but none of that matters overmuch when he's actually being really helpful. Probably the best boss you've ever had, really, when you get right down to it.Pushing you to excel, demanding nothing more than what you can give and expecting no shortage tendered.

Megatron's death would have compensated Starscream quite happily for the fact that the war had ended in an Autobot victory, and also that all Cybertronians were stranded on Earth, were it not for a couple of really very minor problems: Starscream was also dead, and Soundwave (with its telepathy) was the only one who could see their ghost. Decepticon Leadership isn't quite so glamourous when you have to rule by possessing the frame of your ex-rival and current Second in Command, and besides, not being capable of physical touch really gets in the way of interfacing. But Starscream has always been an innovative mech.
