He—the Face Man, the World’s Greatest Ninja, the Leader of the Resistance—is speechless. He has no name to give. He can’t, not when the name he’d had since he was young no longer belongs to him.
“Call me Blue.” He says, and it’s like a missing puzzle piece being snapped back into place.
Or: Rise Future Leo ends up in 2012’s universe and adopts all the children because this mans has a bleeding heart and no self control.

Rise! Disaster twins find themselves trapped in a whole new dimension with no clear way out.
With the recent trauma obtained from the invasion, things are a bit hard. Donnie loves his brother to death, and if getting trapped in another dimension is what it takes to be able to make Leo open up, oh well. Donnie can't say he is much better.
They are gonna at least have some fun while they figure their way back home.-
Disclaimer, I have not watched 2012 in ages, so it will probably not be accurate, bashing will stay minimal and 2012 Splinter is still alive. Yey, I guess.

“Jesus,” Donnie mutters, rubbing his forehead. He’s already so fed-up with Mikey after like three seconds of conversation that Mikey can feel his eyes start to sting. “The last thing I want to do is fight with you, Mike. I thought you liked Cowabunga Carl.”
It’s not fair. Donnie’s so smart. He’s tired and overworked and unhappy, but he’s smart. How can he get this one thing so wrong? How can he not know Mikey as well as he used to, like all of those years of being each other’s best friends and co-conspirators and secret-keepers from where they were relegated to the “B Team” aren’t as intrinsic and important and fundamental to him as they are to Mikey? How can he look at Mikey, right in the face, and not understand him at all?
