After a tragic event, Miles "Spider" Jr. is left with a strange ability to see and sense those beyond the grave. He just wants to get his dad to believe him when he says that his mother never truly left the Earth. But, forever the stubborn bastard, it is exceptional difficult to do so. However, as he struggles to try to convince his father, Spider does end up convincing his father's friends, some of who seem to have more tragic childhoods then they'd ever let on. Why are they so readily willing to believe when his father is not?
