“Yeah.” Lance reached out and wrapped his arms around Shiro’s neck. “So, you don’t have anything to worry about,” he promised. “Sure, Ryou is cute and all-” Lance bit back a giggle at Shiro’s little growl “-but you’re the only one for me.” He paused, cocking his head to the side. “Well, you and maybe Keith. I haven’t figured that part out yet.”
Shiro chuckled and leaned forward, his warm breath puffing against Lance’s clavicle. “Yeah, me either.”

To say that Lance was… suffering would be an understatement. He really wanted to hate Shiro. He really really wanted to hate Shiro with every fibre of his being, but he just found himself unable to. Yes, Shiro was the one person that made Lance feel like an animal around him, instead of the civilised person that he usually was. And yes, Shiro smelled absolutely delicious in a way that made Lance want to absolutely devour him… But Shiro was just so nice.
So maybe it was a sort of crush. It was a slightly unconventional crush, seeing as Lance hadn’t really had a crush in a very long time now, but from what he understood, they didn’t generally tend to involve liking someone’s personality and also wanting to fuck them incredibly hard while simultaneously drinking them practically dry of their blood. So no, not the most conventional of crushes, but a crush, nonetheless.

Sculpted thick thighs that could crush a watermelon between them, a perky little ass stretching out what are essentially glorified yoga pants, the rippling muscles of his shoulders beneath that flimsy tank top, and a fucking ponytail at the nape of his neck. Fuck.
And then Keith turns around and time slows down, roses and hearts appear around Keith’s gorgeous face, and Lance promptly forgets his own name when Keith jogs over and asks him for it.

Lance's crush on his hot fitness trainer Keith was hard enough to navigate from the start, but throw into it the confusion of being a newly-turned vampire with insatiable bloodlust on top of the normal lust? Yeah, it makes for one hell of an exercise in self-control.
