It catches his attention immediately and his gaze involuntarily flits away from his sparring partner to where his father is standing with his hand on Wei Wuxian’s shoulder. Suibian is hovering before him, suspended in the air awaiting his command even though he had forged his sword less than a month before. It should be impossible, it certainly was for Jiang Cheng, but honestly, he can't even find it in himself to be surprised.
