The collection of stories that while not finished, I for whatever fucking reason, have no motivation to continue. I would love to, but circumstances (insecurities, loss of notes/thread of thought, etc.) prevent from doing so.

Summary
Private Dick Simmons is making a name of himself in Basic Training. Well, he’s been given names. Plural. And they may not all be friendly. But teasing among bunkmates is just to be expected. Point still is, he has been trusted with patrolling the camp at night. Which also solves the problem that his bunkmates keep locking him out of their room. Friendly teasing getting a bit out of hand.
With this new responsibility, he has been given a whole new chance to impress his superiors. And the job is pretty simple. There is no way it could go wrong.
Well, of course there is this annoying, lazy, fellow private that is set on escaping the camp only with the help of a plastic spoon and his idiotic stubbornness.
Nothing that Private Dick Simmons can’t handle.

Summary
A collection consisting of a missing Grimmons-moment from each season.
And an epilogue where Kai learns the various ways a person can open themselves up.In which:
Grif claims he’s a hero and Simmons won’t agree – They both have a hard time looking in the mirror – They stay in the shade for two hours – Simmons can’t breathe and Grif doesn’t help – Kai has it hot and lets them know it – Simmons is sleeping and Grif is not – They start an argument and won’t agree to regret it – Simmons feels guilty and Grif hates cliffhangers – They think the Blues suck – They both have shitty parents – Simmons has phantom pains and that’s Grif’s fault – Grif is orange and Simmons says he isn’t –They both break a promise. -

Summary
Grif counted himself among the most unlucky persons in the universe, if not the unluckiest. From the lack of supportive parents to the freaking one-man draft (and wasn’t that just an accomplishment in itself!), and now he was somehow the Captain of the Gold (ORANGE) Team.
But Bitters had lost his family in the war and was now stuck with Grif as his Captain, so all in all Bitters was an honorable contestant in the Championship of Shitty Luck.
So maybe Grif had no idea of how to lead a team. But to Grif’s defense, his team didn’t seem to have any idea of what they were doing either. It’s not that they weren’t trying. Grif had just come to the conclusion that none of them (including himself) were born to be soldiers.
Too bad Kimball didn’t see that as a countable excuse.Bookmarked by AmateurScribes

Summary
At sixteen, Grif has four things going for him: no parents, no curfew, no set plans, and absolutely no one who knows he's barely hanging on by the skin of his teeth. But when a group of highly inept space marines kidnaps him for undoubtedly nefarious if poorly explained reasons, Grif has to face facts: life can actually get worse. Especially when they all claim to know him.
