Summary
Lucas Konrad is a young man with paranormal abilities travelling through parallel realities, on the run from a fate he wants to avoid at all costs. He takes on a risky job to sneak into one of the most dangerous facilities in the Greenreach District of the Anthrostate in order to avoid that very fate. But when he runs afoul of a dogged Inspectorate Officer who tracks him down with predatory fervour, he ends up finding an unexpected path to his objective and a new future filled with excitement and terror. And quite possibly discovers a new danger, lurking in the background.
Alma Fairtail, an Inspectorate Officer from the Intelligence Bureau with a family name that can turn heads, is two weeks into her security run making sure all T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted for the fancy party going on on the 90th floor of Sable Biotech. When she meets Lucas though, a young human man with a tragic past and an incredible career, everything she thought she knew about life, about reality, gets upended in an instant as she falls head over tail for him, desperate to keep this mysterious young thief in her obsessive claws for as long as she can.

Summary
A lonely and broken man leaves his home in the States to go on one final journey into the distant mountains of Japan in winter. He heads out onto long-forgotten trails alone, unsure if he will return; unsure of what he is looking for, if anything. It doesn't take long before storms overtake him and he is lost far from the original trails, where he happens upon an ancient shrine, long abandoned and in disrepair.

Cut off from their own establishment, such mistakes may have possibly led to their own extinction on planet Earth, as well. Both factions can see it clear as day. While a small State base in Northwestern Wyoming sees the insurgency finally begin to close the door on fighting: thanks to the second-generation's leadership.

Summary
An overworked and fed up nurse named John wakes up in a world of anthropomorphic animals after being caught up in a brutal car accident.

He is placed into the care of Syrin Cobra, who is hung up on the recent failure of her last charge. As the pair navigates their new situation, Syrin finds herself taken aback as John decides to embrace his new life, and her.
This is a spin-off of Bridging Divides by DinoDoc focusing on Syrin Cobra. There will be plenty of indirect references to the original story so I highly recommend you read up through the facility arc before jumping into this. This is my second ever written story, so please keep in mind that I have no formal training in writing. I am simply learning as I go and copying structure from better authors than myself. Regardless, please give me feedback and critique!
The protagonist of the story does not have a name, race, set age, or any other defining feature. The MC is meant as a self-insert character so that any reader can imagine themselves as the main character of this story. The protagonist is simply referred to as "Anon", "Anonymous", or "You" throughout the entire text. The only canon features are that the MC is male and relatively young (20-27).
The tags should give a general idea of what the story is about, but there are twists as soon as the first chapter, so I don't want to spoil anything in the summary. Sorry!
