Lex Luthor had tried bribing everyone involved. Lawyers, officials, even the parole board. It didn’t work. The verdict stood: Lex Luthor was officially court-ordered to teach at MTTC as part of his sentence. If he wanted his freedom, he’d have to earn it behind a podium.
Or, Lex Luthor is made to teach Strategic Communication at a community college as part of his parole deal, which happens to be the same class Clark Kent is assigned to for his 40-hour mandatory professional development program at the Daily Planet.

“No one calls it that,” Flag snapped. “And if they do, they’ll be filling out triple the paperwork.”
“What’s the directive, General?” Diana asked.
“Simple,” Flag said. “Luthor needs oversight. A.R.G.U.S. decided it should come from one of you.”
Hal smirked. “You mean us—the League?”
Flag shook his head. “No. I mean him.”
Every head turned toward Superman.
