“Cursed.” Merlin sighed back, like some kind of weepy maiden.
“He can’t lie,” Arthur supplied, walking further into the room and standing behind Merlin, pushing his head off the book roughly. Merlin squawked and glared at him before shaking his head and turning back to Gaius.

OR; Fit is under Madagio, the Lone King's, thumb. Doing his orders for the new found kingdom of Vaccus. That is, until he gets jumped and kidnapped for a posted bounty from another country. Good news is that one of the mercenary's troupe seems to like him, even though Fit despises that child for getting him kidnapped in the first place.

He’s already grieving the wasted tape as his interviewee, a newer, younger, lad of the Wastelands, blabbers out, “Wh-What?” His expression is dumbstruck, slack with shock.
“I said we’re done.” Fit repeats. He slides his bag up from his side and pulls it open, shuffling his papers and notebook away, “I’m not wasting my time if you’re not gonna be serious about this, kid.”

So Tallulah and Richarlyson were here. They were here, and they were probably right through the door to her left. But despite how badly Phil wanted to run past the woman to grab his daughter, he knew that right now, that would end with a bullet to the back.
“Let us see them,” Cellbit argued. “Then you can see.”
“But you could be trying to intimidate them. How do I know you haven’t, I don’t know, kidnapped them or something?” The woman questioned.
“They’re our kids! Why would we lie?” Etoiles asked.
“Because you took them into a fucking horde!”
or, while out scavenging for supplies, Tallulah and Richarlyson get separated from Phil, Cellbit, and Etoiles. This leads to an unexpected reunion.
