Summary
A year after the fight at the Statue of Liberty, Peter is alone, but he's getting by, day by day.
One evening, what should have been an easy fight results in Peter getting forcefully sent to another dimension. One where things went quite differently: Tony is still alive, May is alive, all his friends are there and happy, the Avengers are even still together. There was no fight in London, no identity reveal. This world seems perfect.
The only catch?
There's already a Peter Parker there.

There were no rules restricting them. It scared Matt sometimes - when he thought about it on a too quiet night, unseeingly staring at his ceiling - knowing that no one could stop them. No one would stop them.
Even if they snapped, no one would be able to put up a fight because even if they - the Acengers, SHIELD. X-men - were resilient, the vigilantes were ten times that. They could take torture, fighting for days on end without break. They were sneaky and played dirty and even if the 'heroes' wanted to, they couldn't do it half as good as them. They were too unpredictable, and that was their greatest weakness and strength. -

Summary
Harley had said something three days earlier. It was offhanded and immediately forgotten by him, while Peter continued to think about it for the next seventy-two hours.
“Sorry, Parker – it’s family dinner night.”
Family dinner night.
And family, apparently, didn’t include Peter Parker.
So, maybe he’d been spending the past three days passive aggressively talking about all the things Mr Stark and he had in common that Harley couldn’t relate to. Maybe he’d been pulling Iron Man out and specifically searching for danger that he would normally avoid or leave to the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen or some other vigilante. Maybe he’d been solely focused on giving a metaphorical middle finger to Harley by having oh so many inside jokes with Mr Stark.
Peter knew it was stupid.

Gasping for air, Leon lungs inflated and drained. Nerve endings firing with pain and confusion, he padded himself down and found that for all the bloodshed his injuries had healed themselves. The worst of it was a headache and ringing in his ears like a gun had gone off at close range. A bullet had struck him in the back, he remembered that, but he hadn’t felt it.
Scrambling to his feet, Leon secured the back doors of the van and clambered over the front seats to take the wheel. The keys were in the ignition. He drove without knowing where he was going and yet certainty that he would arrive.

The screen showed Peter Parker, sixteen years old and determined to prove the identity of Spider-Man over the course of the three-part documentary he was making, unknowing that it would become viral within days of the first part being released. Behind the camera, way off screen, was Harley Keener, Tony Stark’s other prodigy child, grinning like crazy as Peter started the documentary. Only a few people knew what was to come, and those few people were about to have a great few weeks.
