Going on a field trip was typically the best part about school. Until that field trip led Midtown High to Stark Industries. The one place in all of New York City that Peter’s classmates and teachers didn’t believe he interned for. When accusations of forgery surface, Peter is facing expulsion from Midtown and a permanent black mark on his record that could make it impossible for him to get into any University. If there was one thing Tony Stark was not going to stand for. It was his kid being called a liar and having his future at risk. Being a vigilante was one thing. Izuku was good at that. Izuku knew how to do that. Being a normal teenager? That was a LOT more complicated.
It was bad enough that Eraserhead had caught him, let alone that the underground hero had realised that the reason he was a vigilante despite his age was because he had to be awake at night. It was too dangerous to sleep on the streets in the nights. That discovery of course had led to Eraserhead realising not only was Izuku homeless, he also hadn’t been going to school since the event- the event of course being after the sludge villain attack when he had gotten kicked out by Inko for being too reckless.
Eraserhead, being the obnoxiously caring hero he was, decided to take Izuku in, which in theory would be fine, but in practice? It was bullshit.
