Jason groaned. He and Dick were doing better but now? Dickwad Grayson has the worst fucking timing. He stood up and turned the water off, slipping into his shirt and jeans. Maybe Dick wouldn't know he's here if he just kept his head low and hung out in the cave, Dick would do whatever he needed to do and fuck off back to Blüdhaven. He really, really did not feel like talking about the article and his trauma. He hadn't been there that day and this was the first time he saw him since that, so Dick would probably ask him too many questions about how he's feeling, and if he wants to talk, he's always there. Jason rolled his eyes. He couldn't believe Dick just... Cared about him. You don't just care about people. What a weird fucking concept. He just... Gave, and cared with his whole heart. He didn't deserve it, and he sure as hell didn't want-

It’s easy to say you’d see the signs. Tim thought he was observant enough. If he had to, he could tell if something was wrong with his friends. But the problem with Kon was that something was always wrong.
He’d gotten better at hiding it over the years, but Kon struggled with many things. There was always some reason he wasn’t good enough or some impossible standard he couldn’t reach. No matter what, Kon just wasn’t good enough Kon never really grew up like the rest of them. Sure, he brandished a perfect smile and appeared easygoing, but Tim knew of the dark thoughts lingering just below the surface.

But that means he needs somewhere to stay off the grid, so he meets up with his clone - Red Arrow - who's been working mostly on his own for years. While there, the two get interrupted by a man who seems to already know Roy's clone, and introduces himself to Roy as 'Jason.' One argument later and Roy finds himself joining Jason on an assassination, and then realizes they have a lot more in common than he thought. Shitty family, for one. Maybe they can get along after all.
