    Summary

    Basically, it is my third attempt at retelling Kaitlyn's origin story, but trying to condense it in a similar formula to Batman Begins without making the plot contradict too much and hopefully improve and expand the character's development more.

    This is also even darker than the previous two versions I wrote, because it covers a bit of dark themes. If it makes anyone uncomfortable, this disclaimer was meant as a warning in advance for anyone that reads it.

But something about Lena's vibrant green eyes, and the way she calls for you, using a name that you don't recognize but still somehow feels right, puts you in a position where you can't harm her. Something about her makes you feel, and something about the way Supergirl looks at you, makes you feel so protected. Isn't she your enemy? When has the enemy ever made you feel so safe?

    ...and so confused.

    Who's your ally? Who's the enemy? And at which point did those lines blur? Are you what you're told? Or is there something more that's being kept from you?
