Summary
Garak continues the process of recovery from the consequences of the failure of his neural implant - and of dependence upon the narcotic drug triptacederine - with the help of Doctor Bashir, Counselor Telnorri, and Nurses Heyns, Patel, and Jabara - and with the support of Keiko O'Brien. He is trying to regain his independence - though the idea is both important and frightening. And, he is attempting to return to his profession on a full-time basis - while he and Professor O'Brien continue their work on the station's new Arboretum.
Meanwhile, Dr. Bashir continues to try to be a good friend to Garak, not merely a doctor; Keiko tries to find a balance between encouraging Garak to occupy himself with his hobbies while clarifying that she doesn't expect him to accomplish everything all at once; and Counselor Telnorri strives to adapt to the new role of counselor-to-someone-who-doesn't-truly-want-counseling – and who is no longer required to participate in mandatory counseling sessions.

Crowley wakes from a terrible dream, shaken and hung over from the previous night's drinking.
Aziraphale's suggestion of a pleasant distraction - a picnic, out where Hastur could easily find them, if he wanted to - really doesn't seem like the best of ideas.
But perhaps it's also not a terrible idea.

Summary
Caves were just fine for exploring very briefly to determine whether or not there were any ZedPMs inside. Other than that, they were very good places to avoid. Long walks in the mountains through ice and snow were also very good to avoid. Rodney is more than ready to leave the planet he, Sheppard, Ronon, and Teyla are on now and get back to Atlantis.
Sheppard doesn't mind the cave or the cold climate of the planet - but he wants to be sure to get everyone on his team back to Atlantis safely this time.
Meanwhile, Radek is just as eager for things to return to normal. It has been weeks since the Jumper crash that left him with a concussion and burns to both hands, and he is tired of pain, tired of dizziness, and tired of not being able to work.
Carson is completely satisfied with his work and with his current location on Atlantis - but the away team has not yet checked in, and one of his patients is refusing to follow his advice to rest and allow his injuries to heal. He, too, is ready for things to return to normal.

Ginny slowly stood from her chair across the room and moved over to him, curling into the seat next to him as she rested a hesitant hand on his arm. “But you seemed so…normal, Perce.” He swallowed a bitter remark with a nod of his head, wrapping an arm around her, mindlessly flicking a piece of hair side to side.
“That was rather the point,” he muttered, “for the most part I was, at least for appearances sake. A little more animated, perhaps, but I was always competent.” He spat out the word more harshly than he’d intended.
