"Noah, as an alias, was never supposed to be used long term. He was a long term cover of course, but he wasn’t meant to exist 24/7. He was shocking and terrifying. He was meant to come in and overwhelm whatever enemy’s plan they were trying to uncover, then flit away into the background.
