Summary

Malfoy had always spoke french, over the years the occasional outbursts of french lessened and his accent became less pronounced, except when he lost his temper and would swear at length and quite colorfully in the elegant language.
Harry couldn't remember it having an effect on him before. It had always been beautiful, a flowing delicate language that seemed to curl and float like smoke across Malfoy's tongue- Harry flushed and ducked his head deeper into his scarf with embarrassment. So, it didn’t start out like this.
Alfred would scoff at the statement, about how Bruce was trying to justify the whole situation to himself. It had started out as a simple design, black everything with black outlines and black hood. It got a little more intense as the world went on, got wind of his ghost on the streets, and became scared of The Bat . So Bruce got a little more creative with it, Alfred and him had a good laugh over the name, the scare, and Alfred had a vicious streak of humor that he had passed onto his ward-
So now the suit had a visible bat-theme, an insignia to drape in the shadows and to paint across the streets of Gotham.
It only took a year into the whole charade of heroism for Bruce to overhear a conversation between some goons- some low level thug hired by the Riddler this week- about nothing at all pertaining to what the hell the Riddler was doing in the sewers but instead:
“ The Batman can fly, you know, I’ve seen his wings.”

Summary
Peter didn’t know what he expected when Doctor Strange did the final spell above the Statue of Liberty (after all, it was hard to imagine a life where his girlfriend and best friend didn’t know him), but it certainly wasn’t to be sent to a whole different universe in a vastly different city with entirely different heroes and vigilantes. He also wasn’t expecting to find an alternate universe version of his biological dad still alive, either, but apparently this was his life now. Whether this was a good or bad thing was still up for debate.
OR, Peter Parker gets sent to Gotham City in one last attempt by Doctor Strange to keep the multiverse from destroying New York City. The events that follow are interesting, to say the least.

Sokka is just here to break his dad out. It's his fault his dad was captured and he needs to fix this. His plan is working well enough so far; he's made it here, he's disguised as a guard, no one suspects him, now he just has to find his dad and get out.

Grappling with the death of his Master and the young boy he'd promised to raise, he didn't have much time to reflect on it. Jabba would find it extremely disrespectful if you weren’t in attendance when he specifically requested you and Ahsoka, and the Republic needs a steady alliance with the Hutt’s trade routes. Jabba has already begun closing them off again. We need this mission to be successful if we wish to have complete access to those hyperspace routes again.”
The only reason that disgusting slug wants Anakin there is because he was involved in rescuing Jabba’s equally disgusting and sluggish son. Obi-Wan could easily go in his place, and Jabba would be none the wiser.
Anakin can feel Obi-Wan prodding through their bond and quickly slams his walls up. He can’t let Obi-Wan in. If he does, then Obi-Wan will be able to feel the way shame burns through his skin. The way anger dances along his nerves at the mere thought of seeing twin suns in the sky and sand as far as the eye can see.
His mother’s final resting place.
“I’m not going,” He repeats, raising his voice to be heard through the wall.
