Finally remembered to add to the series description itself, but wanted everyone to know that I'm always open to someone continuing or being inspired by my works! Other fics, podfic, art, etc. It's a great compliment. All I ask is that it remains a Dick-centric pairing and bottom Dick. You could even make Dick an Alpha if you desired; as long as he still bottoms, I would be happy. This series was made to get a little more bottom Dick out into the fandom, after all. <3

But what are the rescuers to do with his accomplice, who aided him in killing and torturing people since he was old enough to hold a knife?
For Damian's part, he doesn't realize his father's victims have been rescued. From his perspective, they've just changed hands.

As he sweeps his gaze past Dick one more time, the itchiness crawls from a small annoyance to a flaming anger. There were rumors that went around about parents that he never quite believed. That they had a sixth sense for when their kid was about to fall over or hurt themselves. That they could tell when an adult was safe for their kid or not. That parents, mothers typically, have the ability to get stronger somehow when their child is in danger. He heard about an omega lifting a car off her pup despite it being overturned. These things were, of course, written away by everyone and him.
Until he sees a strange man leaning over Dick and playing with the lapel of his suit.
