Summary
Vanya had blown up the moon, destroyed the world, but Five refused to accept it as a fact. So he and his siblings travelled through time.
Only instead of time, or space, they actually travelled across dimensions and landed at the doorstep of the new Avengers facility.
Based on the ending of S1 Umbrella Academy, and Post Civil War MCU.A story about Tony and Five bonding, from enemy to friend, comforting and healing each other's trauma because the two are so similar yet opposite.
Both science geniuses, both have daddy issues, both experienced unimaginable trauma, addicted to alcohol, and suffered from PTSD from the end of the world. But one is a boy in his forties, and the other an old man with a boy's body.

The Icarus Theatre jump gone wrong.
Allison fell. She fell and she fell and she wondered. Is this what Five feels like all the time? It was a fast feeling, like she was sticking her head out of a car window, but all over. Her fingers felt tingly, like pins and needles. Allison felt all of that and more as she fell, but only for a second. Then she slammed into a floor, gasping for air. She laid there for a second, before standing, wobbly. She felt the wind rush past her, whipping her hair in all directions. She was on top of a skyscraper, on what seemed like a helicopter pad. That was the first thing she noticed, was that the air was thin and the ground far below. Swallowing hard, she realised her siblings weren’t with her.
Allison started to panic, felt that helpless bubble of fear well up in her, the same feeling she’d gotten when Vanya’d cut her throat or when she’d seen the moon explode into pieces at the Icarus theater, just moments ago. She turned around and looked up at the top of the skyscraper, where a giant A blazed out over the city. A? thought Allison. What’s the A stand for?

Peter Parker should have turned to dust on Titan. That's how things should have gone.
But instead, Iron Man crumbled away, ash falling through sixteen-year-old Spider-Man's gasping, desperate sobs.
When Peter has his feet on solid ground again, there are new responsibilities. Spider-Man needs to work with NYC's vigilantes, the ones left, anyway, to keep New York from falling into anarchy.
Peter Parker has been given charge of Tony's legacy, Stark Industries. Sure, there are a million other qualified people, but SI can only last so long without revolutionary innovations coming out of R&D, and apparently Tony thought Peter could fill those shoes.
Luckily, Peter's got help. Enter Team Red and Pepper Potts.
Observe the ensuing chaos.
