    The existence of life inside a plastic shell was news to him, or at least it would have been if Connor hadn't already, on some level, known it to be true. The introduction of a sadistic creator, along with revolution and changes to the geo-political landscape of the earth on which he was built should have been enough to contend with. Adding Lieutenant Hank Anderson on top simply set the avalanche of Connor's admittedly short existence rolling without any guarantee as to the fall out.
