Summary
After Courier Six keeps the overwhelming foreign powers of the New California Republic and Caesar's Legion out of the Mojave Wasteland at the behest of his friend and advisor, Yes Man. He decides to visit the scientists at Big Mountain to see what they were up to while he was gone.
What he didn't see happening was the Think Tank experimenting with teleportation, which ripped a hole between two dimensions. Now they want to continue their experiment into the new world.

Summary
Join Lucy and Dogmeat on a 13-month journey through time as they are sent into the year 2076, 13 months before the Great War.
Seven Years after Lucy begins her Wasteland journey, she’s settled down on a growing Brahmin farm with Cooper. Unable to locate Janey, the two have resigned themselves to following breadcrumbs of leads.
While Lucy is out feeding the cattle one morning, she and Dogmeat are sent through a portal to 2076.
Lucy finally gets to meet her favorite actor, Roosevelt. She gets a job on the set of The Man from Deadhorse.
If she tries undermining Vault Tec while she's there, well whoopsie.
Meanwhile in 2303, Cooper is having his own history rewritten in increasingly debilitating flashbacks. He needs to get help to keep their farm afloat for the next year.
Cooper calls in a favor from an old war buddy, who sends his assistance in the form of a former Vault dweller and his aging grandmother. Together they hold down the fort while Lucy spends her time in the past learning the location of her step-daughter.

“Hello, Darling,” you call to her. Her eye monitors snap towards you, effectively flashing light directly into your eyes. This is the closest you have to eye contact. She zooms right at you, hovering slightly higher so that her mouth monitor is what sits just in front of you. It’s the size of your whole head, and you can put the pieces together.
You kiss the screen, and it tastes kind of bad, like she forgot to clean it last time you kissed her. Her tesla coils flutter again, and you wonder if it feels like a real kiss, or if she’s just remembering what kisses felt like and is reacting to that memory.
Both your hands go on either side of her mouth monitor, holding it steady as you kiss her again and again, not caring about the taste anymore.

Summary
You are a courier, hired by the Mojave Express, to deliver a package to the New Vegas Strip. What seemed like a simple delivery job has taken a turn…for the worse. According to a recorded message on your Pipboy (in addition to the delivery notice), your name is Perse. You were once a slave in Caesar's Legion, owned by the one and only Malpais Legate. When he fell from grace, you ran to avoid death, stole a Pipboy and clothes from a dead vault dweller, and recorded a message to yourself saying that you're free but being hunted by the Legion. Considering your scarred slit throat is not as old as the collar scars around your neck, but older than the bullet in your head, you suspect they caught you. You picked up a rifle and made the executive decision to not only try to deliver your package but find the man who shot you in the first place.
The Courier, Perse, is mute. This occasionally presents a problem in the Mojave Wasteland.

These stories all involve a specific AU of the Think Tank, the collection of mad scientists in the Fallout: New Vegas DLC "Old World Blues." The AU focuses on a "what if" scenario in which the Think Tank are given android ("synth") bodies and are slowly rehabilitated back into a post-Hoover-Dam-battle New Vegas. The Courier Six in this universe also remains consistent, and has her own unique character traits. Think of this as an individual "save file."

A split-second and experimental decision from Dr. Klein to upgrade everyone's brain tank bodies to realistic synth ones turns out to be a hidden piece of the puzzle to escaping Dr. Mobius and Big Mountain altogether.
