Summary
Richard and Virginia Maxson projected the picture perfect family to Sanctuary Hill, but behind closed curtains and in dark corners of Boston it proved to be anything but. The world ending and hiding in a vault could have been what helped them begin to smooth over the rocky parts of their relationship and pull it together in time for their son to grow up. But fate had other plans, when strangers appeared and Richard unwittingly handed their child over to them.
