”Hello Soundwave,” Ultra Magus attempted to smile but it looked awkward on his usually stoic face. “It’s been a long time hasn’t it?”
Soundwave growled. Ultra Magnus and his Elite Guard had also been duped by Sentinel. They had served him. They had not even questioned where or why the entire High Guard had suddenly disappeared, believing the lies that they had died alongside the Primes.
”Ultra Magnus betrayed us,” Soundwave snarled angrily. “You abandoned the High Guard. You lived in luxury while the High Guard starved and died in great numbers on the surface! And now you follow one who demeans our contributions to Cybertron! One who insults the High Guard and sees us as lower!”
Ultra Magnus’s optic dimmed slightly and a look of shame crossed his face for the briefest of kliks before he steeled himself once again.

In the aftermath of the battle for Iacon, Darkwing is left untethered. His leader was a traitor, his purpose is gone, and all around him, bots he has spent his entire life demeaning are rising to find a new place in their society. He expects to be executed, or at the very least, imprisoned; instead, the new leaders of Cybertron declare that the mine supervisors who participated in their oppression will be rehabilitated. Darkwing has no such interest in ‘personal growth’ or ‘being better’, and he is determined to not let any former miner decide his future, cog or no cog.
Unfortunately for him, B-127 is not the type to give up on a lost cause.

Summary
Jazz has been enjoying his new life as a cogged bot. No more deadly mining shifts, all sorts of new bots to meet, and he has endless options for what he can do with his newfound free time. After seeing his friend Optimus Prime begin to crack under the pressure of his new role as leader of Iacon and the rising aggression from the newly dubbed Decepticons, Jazz decides to put his newfound freedom to good use.
His plan? Go into the Decepticon base with the intention to join, and secretly pass back information to Optimus. The only thing standing in his way: A certain telepathic third in command.

Optimus prime trys to convince Megatron to rejoin lacon to help rebuild the damages he caused. As well as help protect Lacon just incase the quintessons come back. They both struggle to not interface with each other. They learn more of each other's past and how to move forward. While also learning more about their forms now that they have a cog. Will things go back or can they go forward. -

Summary
It’s been a few years since the events of VLD. The lions have left for who-knows-where. Keith and Lance are together, Hunk and Romelle are together, Shiro and Curtis are together. Pidge, now 21, is watching all her friends grow up and settle into more normal lives. She’s happy for them, but she’s also feeling left out and left behind. Still just the asexual, autistic, socially hopeless one, off in the corner with her tech.
Then, she starts having bizarre flashbacks to things she’s never experienced, feeling a bond of shared thoughts and emotions forming with whoever’s on the other end. A bond that feels suspiciously similar to the connection she had with her lion. This one might even be stronger. So she builds a homing device to guide her to whoever this is. And it works, pointing her to a previously unknown planet.
This happens shortly after the events of Transformers One. Any organic species can use their Quintessence to bond with a Transformer like a Paladin would with their Lion. Katie was desperately lonely after losing her lion and Optimus Prime was too after D-16 became Megatron. They accidentally bonded. Feels happen. -

Orion would patch him up, fret over his injuries and distract him from the pain with jokes. It’s unlikely that Optimus will grant him the same mercy. For all Dee's talk about vengeance the battle they departed, and Dee's in failing to even uphold it.
It turns out that banishing an unstable young adult with older, even more unstable adults is not a good idea.
