Summary

After the Upside Down was destroyed for good and the Party killed that no-nosed sone of a bitch, they pack up and moved across the country, leaving behind the town that took their childhood. Mike Wheeler thought he could hold on to his childhood for a little longer like the stubborn idiot he is. But without his friends, and a father worse than Vecna he snapped. So he calls the one person as stubborn and quick witted as him.

And that's how he ends up here, working a job at a gay bar - Caesura, standing with his mouth agape, staring at the most beautiful man he has ever seen. and then of course, because it's Mike Wheelers life, Shit hits the fan. again.
OR: The Upside Down is gone. Mike moves to NYC six months after the rest of the Party, with the help of Max. She sets him up with a new job and a place to stay, with a plan to surprise everyone with his abrupt arrival. Oh and he is in love with Will, but Will has a boyfriend.

“No it’s not- I mean it is. But it’s different. Like yeah they’re our best friends, but you’re my Best Friend. It’s different.”
“Different how?” He looked at Mike like he knew there was something he wanted to say. Like he was urging him to say it.
