"You needed to be a man, not hiding behind me. All that was just misplaced admiration. The shine would have gone off me, and you wouldn’t have wanted me anymore."
"I wanted you more than anything, you mad old fool." The tone of his voice is- not mistakable. Tristan freezes, startled by the fierceness. Galahad's eyes go hot. "I wanted you more than anything.”
Somewhere along the lines, Tristan withdrew from Galahad, and everything between them changed. One listless summer at Arthur's hunting lodge, Galahad wants to know why.
