    Growing up Tommy could always count on certain pieces to separate his dad from the rest of the hermits. It wasn’t that hard. The five year old could recognize the color of a red jumper that was always worn. He could tell apart Pearl’s moth wings from Grian’s parrot feathers. He could see the similar hair color he shared with his dad. Even just recognizing him from the dark void eyes his father had.

    If there was any change though in the normal outfit he was used to seeing, he assumed it was a completely different person.

    5 times Tommy thinks Grian is someone else without realizing it's Grian and the one time he figures it all out.

He falls on the cold obsidian floor, his body landing like a thrown away ragdoll, sadly laying on the ground, abandoned. He can’t keep his eyes open, everything is blurry, the ringing in his ears won’t stop, and the pain won’t go away.

    The last thing he sees before everything goes dark is Dream’s right eye, wide and filled with psychotic joy. The one thing visible behind Dream’s broken mask. He can imagine Dream smiling behind it.

    So this is what it’s like to die, Tommy thinks before he can think no longer.

    A trident is placed under Phil’s chin and Tommy can feel his heart shatter.

    Looking up he finds a blond-haired man hovering over his face with a worried, anxious look that quickly turning to relief when their eyes meet. Royal blue meeting a greyish blue. “Hey mate.” The stranger greets with a smile, his voice much clearer than before, “You awake?”

    As a reply, Tommy lets out a short wheeze, trying to give the man a look that reads ‘what do you think?’.

    “Yeah, silly question.” The man responds with a light-hearted chuckle. “It’s okay though, we’ll get you out of here and help you get better.” He explains, gesturing towards someone that seemed to be out of Tommy’s eyesight.

    For most of his life, Tommy spent his days serving a tyrant king due to his magical potential. However, after another kingdom declares war and the king tries to steal his magic in a desperate act to win, he's sent into a deep sleep unable to wake up until his magic returns.

    Decades later a king and his two sons find a secret room heavily sealed off with magic. Found family ensues.

    But maybe it’s because when he looks at Ranboo, it feels like he’s seeing who Ranboo could be instead of who he currently is. Most would be upset by this, but Ranboo isn’t. Rather, he wants to live up to these expectations.

Our characters are as follows: Philza Minecraft, immortal Angel of Death, loving father of the slightly less immortal Wilbur Soot. Wilbur is an aspiring musician, intent on traveling the many worlds to share his music and his ideals. His father plans to go with him to watch him achieve greatness, just as he has always known his little boy would be capable of doing. Our third character, and the focus of our story, is one Technoblade. The Blood God, Slayer of Armies, Feller of Unjust Regimes.

    However, a foe is about to join the party.

    That foe being a three-month-old mortal infant by the name of Tommy Innit. A nuisance, if you were to ask our protagonist. A nuisance he will undoubtedly grow fond of.
