Summary
Legally declared dead after five years in the Distortion World, Cyrus is pulled back from Giratina's Realm to a world that he has never understood, with everything he once had completely gone.
When it's decided that rehabilitation is the best course of action for him, he's shipped off to Unova to make a life for himself in the small community of Anville Town. It has a train station and little else.
He doesn't want to understand his sappy, soft-hearted neighbors. He doesn't want to acknowledge the former Team Plasma member who's been studying him like an insect since his arrival. He doesn't want anything more than to crush down the pathetic emotions he still feels.
The only thing he's certain of anymore is that he is incapable of change.

During those twelve years, the world ends. Hueco Mundo dissolves into nothingness. Seireitei breaks like a pane of glass. The living world rots. The soul throne is empty, and unprocessed souls clog the air, unable to cycle back into reality.
He gets sent back against his will. But he stands in a Seireitei the Winter War has not yet touched, and if there is one thing he has learned from Kyoraku Shunsui, it is that once you join a war you fight with everything you have until it is over.

For someone who had been to a lot of therapy sessions, Elliot hadn't actually participated in much therapy. It didn't really work if you stonewalled your therapist and lied to her. But after Vera's insane meddling, Elliot decided to meet with Krista again.
This is a more-or-less accurate portrayal of effective talk therapy for someone with Elliot's problems, adjusted as needed to keep it narratively interesting - actual therapy is very repetitive.
Content warning: Very graphic and detailed discussion of child sexual abuse.

Kakyoin’s mind felt blank. He wasn’t sure what he was thinking.

Alternatively, after about twelve years, Kakyoin finally awakes from a coma. Unfortunately for him, his old friends believe him to be dead, and they're rather difficult to find.

“Look, I get that she's a stand user, but how is looking after a baby my hardest mission yet?”
“Because the invisible baby is just the tip of the iceberg. You will also be looking after Dr. Kujo’s daughter.”

Another murderer is terrorizing Morioh, and Kakyoin is assigned by the Speedwagon Foundation to watch over and protect the children of the two men responsible for sending him home from Egypt. After holding a grudge for over a decade, he must learn to get along with Jotaro and Mr. Joestar again.

He was probably around the same age as the young woman when the pandemic first broke out. He didn’t make it on his own then. He fell into Dio’s clutches. He barely survived at all.

A little over twenty years after the initial outbreak of the virus that ended the world, two strange kids show up at Kakyoin's shack in the middle of the woods. They're lost, far from home, and have no idea how to survive. Kakyoin wishes he could just turn them away but, unfortunately, he finds that he and the kids are more connected than he initially thought.
They have a common enemy.

Summary
Ten years ago, the vehicle transporting Kakyoin Noriaki's body was involved in a fatal helicopter accident, killing its three inhabitants and injuring two nearby pedestrians in the resulting fire. Evidence suggests it had swerved off-course and crashed into a lamppost at approximately 22:12, having not even left Cairo at the time of the incident. There were no signs of intoxication in any of the vehicle's inhabitants and no clear evidence of what could've caused the crash. The body was never recovered.
