“Phainon,” he gasps, “you are not going to believe this.”
“Believe wh—” He lets out a startled sound as Cicero grips him by the shoulders, staring deeply into his eyes. “The prince—the prince he’s—he’s here!”
Phainon blinks. “Huh?”
“The crown prince of Castrum Kremnos? Mydeimos the Undying, Son of Gorgo, Conqueror of—whatever!” He flails his hands around like a mad man. “He’s in the special lounge for esteemed guests right now and—ugh, Phainon, please take my place!”
“What?” Phainon gapes.
Struggling to keep up with piling funds and a sick mother, Phainon — a farmer’s son — seeks an education and becomes an apothecary in a famed brothel house. Tending to the wheat fields, taking care of the escorts, and serving drinks because he might as well! So far, his life has been completely normal.
That is, until the Crown Prince of Castrum Kremnos mistakes him for a courtesan.
(Alternatively, a newly debuted Mydeimos is dragged down to a brothel house to cause a scandal and scare off potential brides. He ends up entering into a fake courting with a bewitching courtesan.)

Summary
The hot sun hurt in his eyes and his cheek throbbed from the fast kick. The Eremite grabbed him by the jaw and yelped him into the air. A blunt knife landed at his throat.
“You look like the kind of asshole I would want to see six feet under”.
Cyno tried to kick him, but he was much stronger than him in his state. They grabbed him by his arms and legs. One of them put out a small pocket knife and held it to Cyno’s neck. A tear landed on it – tiny and soft. They laughed while Cyno tried to keep his honor.
Tighnari was in agony. Not as much as Cyno, but he didn’t know what to do. Cyno said that he had it under control, that he wasn’t allowed to interfere under any circumstances. But this wasn’t control.
Or: An injured Cyno is called to bring back a scholar from the desert. Tighnari decides to join him. But Cyno miscalculated and Tighnari is poisoned and close to death as a result. Only then Cyno realises how much he actually cares about him.
Side note: Kaveh x Alhaitham is only in the last Chapter, this is very Cyno x Tighnari centered

Lance McClain was dared to hit on Keith. Keith thought that’d be the first and last time they’d meet. However, Lance keeps coming back, charming Keith with his jokes and charisma.
Here’s the catch: Keith refuses to tell Lance his real name.
“I’m not telling you my name unless you order and move on.” Keith pointed to the register screen.
“Alright, I’ll do a cappuccino.” Lance pulled out his wallet from his jacket pocket and slid his card over to Keith. “Now will you tell me your name?”
“My name is Yorak.” Keith passed the card back to Lance, who looked shocked at that answer, his eyebrows raised to his hairline. Keith was beginning to realize how dramatic Lance could be.
“Really?!” Lance demanded. He looked pityingly at Keith, and irritation welled up in his gut.
“No!” Keith rolled his eyes.

Keith didn’t move and neither did Pidge. It was a little awkward until Keith finally said, “Maybe we could officially officiate this..?”
“What do you mean?”
“Fist me.”
Pidge recoiled and sputtered, “Keith, what the f-” She was cut off by Shiro’s bellowing laughter from the observatory deck.
With his straight face unchanged, Keith lowered his left hand with the stopwatch and lifted his right hand, fisted.
Pidge actually sighed with so much relief, “OH. You mean fistbump! Right.” She slapped her forehead to remove the very very wrong image her imagination drew for her, “Holy shit, Keith, we need to work on that but yeah sure, I’d be honoured to officiate your physical contact program whatever.”
Or
That one time Coran realized Keith was too distant and decided to make him undergo the 'Physical Contact' Initiation Program which then led to --> 5 times the paladins realized Keith was an actual cat.

Summary
It was quiet for a while, as what he said settled into the darkness. He buried his face into his pillow, wanting so much to tell Lance to stay but not wanting the boy to look at him, to see him like this. He felt the weight leave the end of his bed; Lance had stood up. Relief and disappointment crashed over him all at once, but on the outside, he didn’t move. He was surprised to feel the weight return to his bed, but this time, right at his side.
“Keith,” he felt a warm hand press against his shoulder “Keith, look at me.” He shook his head into his pillow, and the hand resting on his shoulder tightened. “Keith, I’m not sure what’s going on with you, and I won’t ask you to tell me. But I’m not leaving you here like this. Whether you look at me or not, I’m not leaving. I’ll stay here all night if I have to.”

Lance and Keith have recently started dating, but Lance has yet to experience/witness Keith's depression. Summary
Shiro expected the boy to devour the bowl, but he simply sat there, gripping it tightly to his stomach defensively as if someone would take it from him, yet not eating a single berry in the minutes they sat together.
He looked at the boy properly and his appearance worried him as much as, if not more than, his behavior. Without shoes, his feet were stained dark with dirt and berry juice, his hands much the same. The dirt traveled up his arms and legs, darkening his scars and invading fresh cuts that glowed angry reds underneath. His long hair tangled and cascaded passed his shoulders; its oily strands obscuring his face and bleeding into his clothing. Patches of discoloration patterned the fabric with decorations of random tears and stains, one a particular shade of brown that had Shiro’s full stomach roiling at its implications.
Shiro felt sick. With a strained voice, he said, “Aren’t you hungry?”

Fresh into solo training, Shiro encounters a young boy attempting to steal from a market vendor. Circumstances and compromises lead the boys together, forming a relationship that may do more harm than good in a society with magickal norms and a history of bloodshed.

“I’m sorry you’re bad at Go Fish,” Keith offers blandly as he picks up the cards and begins to shuffle, not sounding at all like he’s remotely sorry, “But I’m not, and you just have to live with it.”
Hunk frowns at him.
“Are we sure his cards aren’t rigged?” Lance comments, leaning towards Pidge for support.
Keith’s nose wrinkles, “How am I gonna rig a fucking deck of cards, genius? I can barely shuffle them without the corners ripping clean off.”
“I–I don’t know, maybe you carved symbols and shit into them!”

Summary
Earth is in shambles, and humanity is scrambling to find sustainable planets to colonize. Luckily, they’ve found a few.
Lance McClain is a cargo pilot heading to one such planet.
On the way, he spots something strange floating in space—a wormhole. A real, honest-to-god wormhole. It could be his ticket to fame and fortune! His chance to get his family off dust-bowl Earth and onto Altea, the wondrous new planet humanity has its sights set on.
Unfortunately, Lance gets sucked into the wormhole instead. His ship gets utterly fucked. There are no communications. He’s stranded on an expansive, unknown planet, and must survive and figure out how to get home.
At first, it seems like the planet’s wealth of resources might be exactly what his family needs for a better life. But when Lance discovers there’s an entire alien civilization living there—and finds himself forming a tentative bond with a curious (and pretty) alien—he realizes the right choice might not be so clear after all.

“I believe this is as good a place as any to share my story, don’t you think?” Lance raises his voice before it melds in with the lyrical jazz drifting from the corner of the speakeasy. The dim light from the lamps casts strange shadows across both their faces.
Keith blinks one, two, three times before Lance’s words sink in. Pulling out a small journal and a pen he always keeps on his person, he catches Lance’s lips quirking in surprise as a short chuckle escapes him.
“My, aren’t you prepared?”
“I am a writer,” Keith responds. “And thank you, for helping me.”
