Summary

This is a work that seriously deserves more kudos and recs. It's very AU and unexpected, not typical or predictable but coherent and tightly written. One of the most interesting Harry's I've come across. Admittedly, it's unfinished and doesn't seem to have been updated recently, if the date function is accurate- which apparently it isn't always, but what's published is truly worth the read!

It's the strangest series. A very ooc Sherlock but still so very riveting, compelling, beloved, and insane. I adore this series in ways I find almost impossible to categorize. It's so beautifully written, delightfully dementedly horrifically romantic. Funny, touching, human, perfect, indescribable.

This is a great story and apparently overlooked! Wonderful solution to the dissertation disaster, hot slash pairings, and a compelling study of Blair. Fans of the sentinel and Buffy are missing out as is anyone who just likes fantastic supernatural fiction!

This is one of those series with a premise so cracky you question your sanity for loving it. The first story is horrifyingly hysterical but by the time you reach the last story it has added depth and awesome to the funny. This has one of the best depictions of family hale-stillinski ever. Plus, the created kids are so interesting and well written that I want sequels of them, and I've never liked created characters enough in a fan fiction to want spinoffs!

When Isaac bumped him in the side with his elbow, Derek heard the telltale feedback screech of the microphone in front of him.
“Dude,” Isaac said. “The mics are working now.”
In the unnerving silence that followed, Isaac unnecessarily added, “Also, I was talking about the girl next to him.”
Or Derek blurts out his attraction to the male stenographer at a NCAA press conference.

This is by far in the top ten series I've ever read. I had never thought of this particular pairing, but the author sold it! I adore the vorkosigan saga by Bujold but am hard pressed to pick between the cannon works and this series by lightgetsin.
