So our little San here is a sophomore in College and is ready to study. He is one of the top students at Oak Ridge University in Seoul, even though he just transferred this year. He needed a new environment. I mean yes he loved his little countryside college, but there was more to offer at Oak Ridge. That’s where he met Yunho, his roommate/ bestie. San is trying to navigate through life and trying to learn more about plants. But college kids do what college kids do, so unfortunately my boy gets dragged to a party he doesn’t even want to go to. Yunho wants to impress his crush or whatever so he gets to go with him. The boy sits outside for the majority of the party listenting to his audio book, but it kind of turns a weird way, because why is the prettiest boy stumbling outside the side door that goes into the garden and seems to be out of it? He stumbles right into San and life goes on a weird path from there on out.

It's right in the middle of the book when something falls out of a page Chan turned—a slightly yellowed cardstock that fell on the blank side. When he flips it right side up, he discovers that it’s a library card from a little over a decade ago. He sees a faded photograph of what appears to be a kid in elementary school, with thick-rimmed brown glasses and a surprisingly good haircut. The name scrawled at the top corner is mostly washed out, but the address listed right below is fully intact.
It's somewhere in the same town where he lives. Chan gets an idea driven by a feeling that borders on desperation.

Summary
When Chan first started his radio show, he never expected to meet the love of his life. He especially didn't expect it to be because of differing opinions concerning early 2000s Barbie movies.

Chan runs a radio station (could be at university) that's gotten pretty popular as of late, and Minho keeps calling on his talk shows, arguing about his opinions or just calling because he's bored. It's not long until their bickering gets popular by the listeners.

“Tell me about your exes. Who hurt you?” Seungmin asks.
Chan looks up then, his mouth slightly parted. “What?”
“I can tell you’re guarded. Someone as handsome as you shouldn’t get so flustered whenever you receive a compliment, so someone in your life had to have made you feel like you weren’t.” Seungmin says.
Chan normally would feel attacked. Normally, he would scoff and shrug it off and feign confidence. But there’s no bite to Seungmin’s words. His tone was soft and even like he genuinely wanted to understand.
“Is that why you’ve been taking things super slow?” Chan asks lightly.
Seungmin laughs, “Maybe, now stop avoiding the question.”
Chan sighs, his smile falls. “It’s the past, I’m better now.”
Seungmin nods. Chan looks at him, he looks disappointed. Almost sad. Chan’s heart beats harder in his chest, his lip starts to tremble and he has to look up to stop the tears from falling. “I just, I have a hard time talking about it.”
OR; Chan goes through a journey of healing from his abusive ex boyfriends. He meets Seungmin and learns how to love and be loved.
